Pros:

Gezellige ruime kamer met balkon rustig aan achterkant. Goed bed, praktische badkamer en uitstekende douche.
Goede ligging voor bezoek stad. Kamer was niet klaar bij aankomst maar werd gecompenseerd door gratis parking.

Cons:

Eeuwige probleem, geen faktuur beschikbaar wanneer geboekt en betaald via Booking

Pros:

well located,and has a nice view to the river. also good breakfast and parking.

Cons:

cleanliness,we spend 2 days the week end and they didn´t clean the room at all ,we call twice and they make us a favor,only change the towels that´s all.

Still fighting incorrect charges.
Pros:

My friend and I shared a room 7/20 - 7/24. On check-in we presented 2 credit cards and asked if the charges could be split. Desk clerk agreed and took both cards. Total cost for room was about $1550. Charges were incorrect when we checked out but extra charges were refunded and paper receipts were printed. On Monday morning, an additional charge of over $3000 was on my credit card. I’m still trying to get it refunded. There is no excuse for this. I would never stay there again. Watch your credit card closely.

This is a modern spacious hotel with plenty of parking and just a short walk
Pros:

Nice, big, comfortable and quiet room. Very clean. Breakfast was very good and served in a spacious room with beautiful views of the Animas River just in back of the hotel. Convenient laundry room for washing your own.
