Pros:

Zentral gelegen. Relativ ruhig.

Cons:

Die Tür schloss nicht richtig und schepperte jedesmal, wenn andere Gäste auf dem Stockwerk die Gemeinschaftstoilette benutzt haben, die direkt neben dem Appartement liegt. Zudem hat es, daß die Tür nicht richtig schließt, extrem nach Cannabis gestunken, das wohl von anderen Gästen neben mir konsumiert wurde.

Die Lage ist super & die modere Zimmer einrichtung was schön. Nur im Haus selben war es sehr laut, wie auch ausehalb
Pros:

Die moderne Einrichtung, toll das man auf dem Dach Bade möglichkeit hat und eine wunderschöne tolle Aussicht über Baar und Zug.

Leider war es nicht suber geputzt.
Da ich selbst in diesen Bereich Arbeite, fällt dies schnäll auf.

Cons:

Es war im Haus sehr Laut und im ausenbereich.

Keine Erholsame Nächte.

Ruhige Nacht in gutem Bett und nettem Zimmer. Qualität der Hotel App u. Teil des Mobiliars nicht gut
Pros:

Es war ein self-check-in Hotel ohne Frühstück. Das macht es unkompliziert, vorausgesetzt die dazu nötige App des Hotels funktioniert auf dem eigenen Handy. Die Lage war zentral, das Bett bequem und die Unterkunft sauber.

Cons:

Der Self-Check-in geht nur, wenn man die Hoteleigene App herunterladet. Dies funktionierte nicht - erst mit telefonischer Hilfe. Ein Mal war die App gestört und ich musste sie erneut herunterladen. Das Zimmer war ok, aber eher wie ein Studentenzimmer. Die Möbel waren beschädigt: Im Badezimmer ein abgeranzter Unterschrank beim viel zu kleinen Waschbecken und im Kleiderschrank eine beschädigte Stelle, die man wenigstens hätte überkleben können.

La douche.
C'est spacieux

Cons:

-Accès : informatisé, complexe. Perte de temps, plusieurs clients dans la même situation. Ça ne marche pas , obligés d'appeler pour assistance.
- Emplacement: immeuble à côté des services techniques de la ville ( service du feu, hangars de stock, parking des camions et autres véhicules communaux) Bruit pendant la semaine.
- Parking: il y a 7 places de parcs dont l'utilisation est partagée avec un fitness=> la plupart du temps occupées.
- cuisine:: minimaliste. Vitrocéramique à induction donc ne fonctionne pas pour notre petite cafetière italienne.
- salle de bain: spacieuse mais très minimaliste, pas de meuble pour poser ou laisser les affaires. Lavabo plus petit qu'un urinoir.
- lampes de chevet: 2 petites boîtes à piles, fixées au dossier du lit , à 3 piles chacune périmées.
Draps housse exfoliants !

....
Sincèrement, un mobilhome de camping est mieux équipé.
Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est.

Am Abend und in der Nacht ruhige Lage. Das Studio ist einfach, zweckmässig und sauber und hat genügend Platz im Zimmer. Preis und Qualität stimmen.

Clean, fairly central 800 m from the train station. Well-equipped kitchenette.

The concept requires a smartphone and might therefore not suit everybody. I advise guests to set up a secondary phone for the keyless entry..

Pros:

Good shower. Clean an well equipped room.

Cons:

I'll never get used to Swiss pillows. Fridge could do with a top! Generally clean student style accommodation. Could do with a power outlet near the table.
