Everything, the staff was wonderful, respectful and the room clean.

Plusieurs taches étaient présentes sur la couette, ce qui est regrettable compte tenu du bon standing général de l’hôtel. La piscine est également assez petite et, en raison du grand nombre d’enfants qui la fréquentent, il est difficile d’y nager ou de s’y détendre sereinement.
We had an amazing time in Montreal during Grand Prix weekend. The room was perfect for our family of 4. Subway was only a short walk from the hotel which we really appreciated since we did not have to use our car throughout our trip ! Highly recommended!
Le personnel adorable, le confort de la literie, la cuisine dans la chambre, la salle de sport.
Je trouve que pour un Hilton et pour un 4 étoiles les équipements ne sont pas à la hauteur. Il n’y a ni chaussons ni peignoirs, pas de brosse à toilettes dans les WC etc. Les chambres sont propres mais l’usage se voit au niveau des joints et des murs.
Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très pauvre en choix et ne vaut absolument pas son prix.
La localisation : l’hôtel est décrit comme au centre ville et à 2 pas du métro mais il faut traverser un pont sur une grosse rocade pour le rejoindre (c’est plutôt long et pas pratique), puis on est à environ 15 stations du centre ville c’est juste énorme et mensonger.

As always, service was great and responsive and timely- especially the work of Nina Baratta who booked the rooms needed and answered all my needs very quickly. She is super flexible and knows her work while making sure clients get what they need- we have had several opportunities to book with this Hilton and Nina continues to elevate the experience be it for one person or when we book for 25 people. In general the stays are successful and the rooms are great as are all amenities. Appreciate also the Hilton's flexibility when possible including last minute changes or suddenly needing a meeting space etc.

That the AC didn’t go lower than 65 degrees. It stayed a constant 70-73 in the room which wasn’t super comfortable coming back to after being out all day.
La proximité avec la station de métro la plus proche et la surface de la chambre.
L’exposition de notre chambre sur l’autoroute donc très bruyante malgré notre consigne de ne pas y être. Les serviettes de toilettes déchirées et les distributeurs de savons dans la douche qui étaient vides et à remplir par nos soins. Nous n’avons pas compris.

Breakfast was very good. Hot, fresh and lots of variety. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I left my car underground and my last meeting ran late buy reception were understanding and didn’t charge me for a second day
The location was great, really close to the transit system and everything else was walking distance.

No hot tub, but that was made up by the pool being warmer

Le canapé lit est une honte. Matelas hyper fin où on sent tous les ressorts. Des années que j'avais pas vu ça. Obligé de demander les draps et la couverture. Salle de bain sale, on a même trouver des faux cils dans le lavabo.
