Excellent stay. Clean, comfortable, and great service. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and the location was convenient for visiting downtown Montreal. Breakfast was also very good.

Cons:

Overall, we had a good stay, although the pool could have been cleaner and the breakfast selection could be improved.

Cons:

I would like to address a concern regarding the cleanliness of the bathrooms. It is crucial for bathrooms to be thoroughly cleaned, particularly given that many guests utilize the toilet while standing, which can result in cleanliness issues that may lead to unpleasant odors. We had requested a cleaning of the bathroom due to this issue, but unfortunately, our request did not seem to be addressed. Other issue was dirty curtains behind the couch, looked discussing and there and the boxer shorts of the prior client were still in one of the drawers .

I believe that enhancing the supervision of cleaning personnel could significantly improve the guest experience. Thank you for considering this feedback, as I believe it will contribute to a more pleasant environment for all guests.

Très bel hôtel
Excellents petits déjeuners
Proche métro ( station namur)
Personnel accueillant
Et les chambres sont grandes et équipées d’une kitchenette

Cons:

Petite déception pour la piscine : petite piscine et seulement 3 transats autour et rien d’autre pour poser les affaires
Les gens rentrent avec leurs chaussures autour de la piscine, ce qui n’est pas très propre mais personne ne surveille
L’eau n’était pas chaude
