Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Hot, fresh and lots of variety. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I left my car underground and my last meeting ran late buy reception were understanding and didn’t charge me for a second day

Great location, friendly staff
Pros:

The location was great, really close to the transit system and everything else was walking distance.

Hotel was clean and staff were accommodating

Cons:

No hot tub, but that was made up by the pool being warmer

Cons:

Le canapé lit est une honte. Matelas hyper fin où on sent tous les ressorts. Des années que j'avais pas vu ça. Obligé de demander les draps et la couverture. Salle de bain sale, on a même trouver des faux cils dans le lavabo.

Cons:

The maid personnel don’t clean some days the bedroom despite we call to do it after we leaving. When they do it , looks like bother and bad manners.

It was an alright stay. 7-8/10
Pros:

I did like that the room we stayed in was clean. The breakfast that was included was also very nice and staff that spoke both english and french were very helpful.

Cons:

Honestly, for the price, I was expecting a little more.
1. The cleaning staff only spoke French. I, for one, had no issues, but my partner, who was in the room during the time they would stop by, is from the US and had a hard time just getting any basic request done. (Like asking them to take the trash or a refill on dishwasher pod since we like to keep things clean).
2. The bedsheets were worn before we even arrived. We ended up removing it each time because the material was soo uncomfortable.
3. The room was advertised as soundproof and it came with high-speed internet. Not true. We could hear everything from the door and even when someone in another room would take a shower sometimes. The internet, was also not included as high-speed. Had to pay an additional 35$ for it. It should say "access to high-speed Wi-Fi".
4. The room is was in had a burned light bulb. Told the lady since the first day we were there and nobody ever replaced it during the entire week we stayed.
5. This is just a suggestion, but access to Netflix or other streaming services would be nice.

Très bon ensemble. Nous y retournerions avec plaisir.
Pros:

Petit-déjeuner très bien. Emplacement un peu excentré mais proche du métro et très paisible. On a apprécié notamment les équipements sportifs avec les enfants...

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre louée pour 6 personnes. ..Seuls 2 grands lits confortables. Le canapé qui aurait dû accueillir 2 personnes était très inconfortable.. On a donc dû se mettre à 3 dans l'un des lits... On a cependant apprécié la taille de la chambre et son coin cuisine - lui aussi équipé pour seulement 4 personnes...

Safe and pleasant stay
Pros:

Very spacious rooms, Good location, close to airport and a metro line. Few restaurants and a grocery shop nearby. Lovely staff.

Cons:

I was on the 10th floor and still heard the traffic noise. Breakfast room was small as we had to queue up to get breakfast on Sunday.
