la situation géographique
très mauvaise expérience, Nous avions mis le prix pour avoir un belles hôtel avec de belles prestations pour mes 50ans et il a fallu tout les jours faire des réclamations ménage pas fait, poubelles pas vidées porte d'entrée qui se fermait pas toute seule, serviettes pas changées , oublié' de nos commandes au restaurant, c'était vraiment pas possible a croire qu on Nous zappait a la fin on nous a f'offerr le parking pour s'excuser mais ça n'enlève en rien toute la négligence et désagrément

Les équipements ne sont pas de bonnes qualités la salle de bain était vieillissante comparée à l’appartement que j’avais eu précédemment

We liked that the room was spacious, had a small kitchen available, had a restaurant attached, breakfast included, and near other little shops. The parking was great as it was reasonably priced & had E chargers which were free. That’s not always available in hotels so we were very happy with that. They also provided a crib to us already when we arrived as we knew it would be late so thank you!
We didn’t love the breakfast. It was slightly better on our 2nd and 3rd mornings with having them organize it better and had to put people on wait lists in order to go in. It was mayhem the first morning with no limits and most of the supplies were taken, and little food was available. I wish the hot foods were a little better as those didn’t taste the best. However, we still got muffins, cereals, and yogurts.

La suite, propre et renovée. La team réception, le petit dej . Le centre commercial de l'autre coté de la voie rapide et restau /fast food à 5min du métro Namur
Pdj horaires à revoir , car beaucoup de monde à partir de 8h . Jusqu'à 10h - 10h30 serait l'idéal pour fluidifier et satisfaire la clientèle
Petit déjeuner: Épouvantable, local inadéquat, cohue incroyable, nous avons détesté l’ensemble…

Abbiamo improvvisato una fermata a Montreal durante il nostro tour del Quebec pochi giorni prima e non potevamo sperare di meglio. Staff super professionale, camera molto spaziosa e pulitissima, l'ideale per concludere un viaggio di 20 giorni.
Gli spazio comuni, come piscina e sala colazione, sono troppo piccoli per la mole di camere e persone che passano dall'hotel. Risultano entrambe abbastanza caotiche se si sbaglia orario.
Camera un pò rumorosa poichè dava sullo stradone principale che passa sotto l'hotel. Se avete problemi di sonno chiedete una camera che non affacci sulla superstrada.
