When I checked in Gideon recognized me from previous stays at the hotel. He was very cordial and welcoming.

It was a great location and really clean and breakfast was great.

It was clean and well kept. I enjoyed the small kitchen and the ability to have some separation between the bed and the living room area. It felt like a little temporary home. Parking was a daily charge which isn't the best, but it was pretty convenient and easy. The location is close to the ASU football and basketball games. There are a lot of things within walking distance. Rooftop bar and pool are nice. Highly recommended.

Perfect location for visiting ASU and surrounding areas. Right across the street from dorms. Rooftop has really nice views right near A rock. Parking convenient. Room was spacious and clean, great water pressure.

Great location and within walking distance to many local eateries. The hustle of the kitchen staff was such a refreshing site to see. Very clean and well stocked breakfast options.

There was lots of of good things about the hotel (e.g., location, breakfast, water available throughout the day, comfort of bed), but we had difficulties which started with our initial booking. We were supposed to be honoured a tournament team fee, but when called, they would not honor it and we settled on a fee that I was not comfortable with; however, we had to stay at the hotel due to other baseball players already booked in. She then booked it under the wrong fee. I had to contact her a few times with no call backs. When we entered the room - it was clean and spacious. It felt like a little studio which was perfect. Our top blanket had stains on it, so we asked for a new one. We also needed a few additional pillows and towels and they shared we had to come down for those as they had no staff to help us. We then had another blanket come to us dirty, so we had to get a new one of that. We were supposed to have house cleaning come our second day, but she didn't show up, so we talked to the front desk and he shared he would make sure they came the next day. They still didn't show up the following day. Then, they finally showed up the night before we were leaving at 4:30pm. We had a number of other little things come up and difficulties and the front desk immediately shared that we should be compted a room night for all our back and forth and troubles. When we booked ourself out, it was not in the system so I was told I had to pay. I shared that I was already in contact with management - who I was waiting for a call back. There was no communication between staff and management, and I spent so much time trying to get a call back and settle things. I am on vacation and I shouldn't have to deal with this!!!! I told both upper and lower level staff NOT to charge my credit card until things got resolved and they still did. I am still waiting for a call and we have been checked out for two days.
On a positive, the coffee was good and the breakfast bar was good if you got there within the first 30 minutes - often afterwards, you wouldn't be able to get a meat (sausage or bacon), no boiled eggs and the muffins would be picked over. The beds were comfortable, as were the pillows. The top pool was pretty cool - much smaller then anticipated, but the views were great.
