Schade haben uns eigentlich auf den Aufenthalt gefreut

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen mit einer tollen Aussicht

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren schlecht ausgestattet, es gab keinen Rollo oder Vorhang am Fenster, um 5 Uhr morgens hatten wir starke Sonne. Es gab auch keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern somit war es sehr schwierig zu lüften. Das Zimmer war sehr heiß.Es waren auch keine Ansprechpartner in dem Hotel. Das Frühstück wäre nicht schlecht gewesen aber haben leider ein Haar in den Eiern gefunden

Für den Zweck unserer Reise ausreichend.
Pros:

Ausreichendes Frühstück, ohne irgendwelche Besonderheiten. Die Lage ist top, wenn man ruhig schlafen möchte. Für die beiden Tage waren wir zufrieden.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Bades war sehr spartanisch, ein Föhn wäre gut gewesen. Wir waren in einem 4-Bett Zimmer untergebracht, wo es aber nur einen Stuhl gab. Wer kostengünstig reisen möchte und auf Komfort keinen Wert legt, ist dort gut aufgehoben.

Pros:

Śniadanie kontynentalne na normalnym poziomie: nie było ani za dużego ani za małego wyboru, taki hotelowy standard. Hotel położony na końcu wioski, wysoko w Górach Kamiennych z pięknym widokiem na Dolinę Ścinawki i Broumovske steny. Z okien widać też polską cześć Gór Stołowych. Parking przed budynkiem. Za budynkiem w stronę granicy - piękny świerkowy bór z mieszanką liściastych drzew. 15 minut spacerem na skraju lasu znajduje się ławka z punktem widokowym - fajne miejsce do odwiedzenia po kolacji - polecam znaleźć na mapie :). Super miejsce na krótki wypad. Niestety nie mieliśmy okazji sprawdzić dań restauracyjnych, ale to może następnym razem ;)

Naše dojmy
Pros:

Páčilo sa nám umiestnenie hotela, na fantastastickom mieste s úžasným výhľadom z terasy reštaurácie. Ale aj z našej izby bol krásny výhľad.Bolo aj celkom čisto na izbe, upratovali každý deň.

Cons:

Nepáčilo sa nám WiFi na izbe mizerné, skoro žiadne. Raňajky boli stále tie isté, s minimum obmeny. Pri raňajkách obsluha nedala sa kontaktovať- asi ona pracovala aj v kuchyni. Malé lyžičky ku káve sme objavili až posledný deň.ale asi zato, že sme skorej jedli. Mlieko ku káve tiež nebolo doplňované. Cukornička na stole - 3 dni prázdna- hoci som ju nechala otvorenú ,aby si všimli. Popolníky na terase boli tak odložené plné a špinavé ako sme ich nechali 1.deň. Jedlo v reštaurácii - dalo sa vybrať približne zo 6 druhov, s z čoho sme 4 aj vyskúšali, maličké porcie mäsa a bez chuti. Na recepcii nám ponúkli Broumovsko kartu, aj sme sa zaregistrovali ale márne sme čakali, že nám to odobria, žiadny mail nám neprišiel. Takže sme to ani nevedeli využiť. V celku sme sa ale cítili tu vynikajúco a z negatívnej kritiky sa dá učiť a zlepšiť.

Cons:

Słabe śniadania, mała ilość personelu i wiecznie trzeba było kogoś szukać zeby o coś zapytać. Cały czas czegoś brakowało na śniadaniach i był problem żeby coś dołożyli (chodziliśmy o 9:00). Restauracja porcje marne. Pokoje również w słabym stanie.
