Your room is cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed every third day. Please consider reusing your towels by hanging them up in the bathroom. This helps us save up to 60 liters of water per stay.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in your room. Guide/assistance dogs are permitted on request, please contact the property for confirmation.

Friendly staff. Central location. Just across the road from 2 tram lines & 5 minute walk away from Prater train station + amusement park.
Continental breakfast was excellent.
Bed was comfortable.
Our shower head kept slipping down the rail & staff fixed it on the same day.
Free water at reception.
Walls are all black and lighting is poor so room was dimly lit. Even in the morning I had to leave curtains wide open.
Shower gel and hand wash were never replaced even though they were almost empty. I didn't ask for another since I bought my own shower gel from a Spar shop just round the corner while I was there to buy other stuff. So I'm pretty sure that staff would have refilled them if I asked.
Although the glasses next to kettle were heatproof they didn't have a handle so didn't feel comfortable using them for hot drinks. They have similar glasses with handle in the breakfast area, so they should place these glasses in rooms too.

Suite war geräumig, aber sehr abgewohnt. Teppiche und Couch im Zimmer ziemlich schmuddelig.
La climatisation. La qualité du matelas et du gel douche. Le café en chambre est génial, il s’agit de dosette à café filtre, à utiliser avec la bouilloire. La salle de sport (mal indiquée)
Les rideaux ne sont pas assez occultants. Le prix du PDJ est trop élevé . La non réponse à mes questions pré séjour. La chaise casée à mon arrivée. La complexité pour avoir un ascenseur.

Good design - everything is top notch and stylish. The planning of the room is also good - new approach, some non-banal decisions with shower placement and toilet.
I've experienced some weird thing with airflow: when someone was shutting the corridor/section door through deep into the night it felt like room door reacted on it. Not really pleasant if you're trying to sleep.
Struttura molto grande e attrezzata, garage per macchina e biciclette, stanza ben arredata e pulita, grandezza giusta.
Il bagno é diviso, c'è una stanzina senza finestre con solo il water e il lavandino é nella stanza principale non lontano dal letto
