Your room is cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed every third day. Please consider reusing your towels by hanging them up in the bathroom. This helps us save up to 60 liters of water per stay.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in your room. Guide/assistance dogs are permitted on request, please contact the property for confirmation.

I liked the breakfast and the fact that they were extremely kind (the staff the next day) and helped me with canceling a reservation I made by mistake.
There was mold in the bathroom and the sink was clogged.
The staff on the first night was perhaps too tired, ignorant. I made a mistake and made the reservation for September instead of June and an employee even rhetorically asked me "what month are we in?". It was clearly my mistake, it was 11:30 PM, perhaps he was tired too, I didn't have the energy for such observations either. He didn't offer me any solutions, just to make another reservation. I had already paid €117. The next day I spoke to another employee and he explained the procedure to me and went to the manager and they helped me a lot.

Tutto perfetto. Stanza pulita e spaziosa e l'hotel dispone di tutti i servizi. Staff disponibile e gentile e possibilità di depositare i bagagli anche dopo il check-out. A piedi per raggiungere il centro città si impiega una mezz'ora, in più con i mezzi è ben collegato e semplice spostarsi. Consigliatissimo!
