Your room is cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed every third day. Please consider reusing your towels by hanging them up in the bathroom. This helps us save up to 60 liters of water per stay.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in your room. Guide/assistance dogs are permitted on request, please contact the property for confirmation.

They had a bunch of extra amenities like gym laundry room and games (billiard, ping pong…)
We thought location would be better, neighbourhood felt a little weird.

Großes Zimmer mit moderner Ausstattung, schneller Checkin
Das Zimmer war sauber; das Personal freundlich; das Frühstück an sich war gut; die Lage ist toll - jenachdem was man in Wien vorhat.
Beim Frühstück herrscht das reinste Chaos - wer hier denkt, bei einem Brunch gemütlich in den Tag starten zu können, ist hier leider an der falschen Adresse: Platzmangel, dreckige Tische und Bänke, meist keine Tassen/Teller/Gläser, Kaffeemaschine funktioniert die halbe Zeit nicht und das Buffet wird nur sehr sporadisch bzw. auf Nachfrage nachgefüllt; keine Milchersatzprodukte (zumindest habe ich es vermutlich bei dem Getümmel übersehen)
Das Essen an sich ist gut, das Personal sehr freundlich - das Management darüber versagt auf allen Ebenen.
Bzgl. Zimmer: es gibt dort eine Ecke im Zimmer, die sehr leer ist - etwas mehr Ablagefläche für Koffer o. Ä. wäre wünschenswert gewesen.
Die Lage und das Frühstück waren sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich . Eigene Tiefgarage fand ich auch super und die Betten sind sehr bequem.
Die Zimmer sind eher wie eine bessere Jugendherberge als wie ein 4 Sterne Hotel eingerichtet , sehr spartanisch, das Bad sehr speziell ohne Duschkabine und mit der Ausstattung eines behinderten Wc ( zumindest in unserem Zimmer)
Super! Ruime kamer, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Alles in orde. Leuke gemeenschappelijke ruimte. Bewaring van koffers op professionele manier.
De gordijnen zijn niet volledig verduisterend.
De kussens waren heel erg zacht.

Das Frühstück. Reichhaltig, alles da. Aber
Überall Schlangestehen. Besonders beim Kaffee. Nur 2 Maschinen für x?x Gäste.
Wenn dann noch 1 ohne Milch ist und man 10 Minuten angestellt war, und man erfährt nur, sich in die andere Schlange zu stellen ist der Morgen gelaufen.
Und so billig ist das Frühstücken ja auch nicht.
