Katelyn was a gem - she provided excellent service with a smile. She was a hoot & had service recovery with the food.

Literally the BEST experience … if i could Give them 1,000 stars i would. I booked through Priceline and my reservation was messed up and they upgraded me to the most amazing room ever. The rooms are clean, gorgeous and housekeeping comes daily. Jett and the manager were amazing from the moment i checked in until i checked out. The location is immaculate for walking to the restaurants bars and anything else is just a quick Lyft or uber away. The coffee shop is a bonus as well. Everything about my stay was perfect and i would recommend anyone to stay here.I love Tampa going forward this will be the only place i stay!!!

If you’re looking for a really nice hotel in the center of Ybor City, this is the place. Great pool for lounging and a beautiful lobby.

Went for the World Cup watch party and had a great time! Jimmy, in valet, was fast and friendly.

Hotel Haya is an extraordinary value. Conveniently located, well appointed, and expertly staffed, HH provided us with a wonderful stay. Anytime we have business/leisure in the Tampa Area, HH will be our lodging of choice.

Floria Fina is an excellent restaurant. Clayton is easily the best server they have- charming, knowledgeable, and kind- he anticipated our needs before we could even verbalize them. He knows the menu like the back of his hand, and we'll be sure to ask for him the next time we come!

Great location, even better staff! We stayed for a wedding and the event was perfectly lovely. We arrived to a power outage and the staff was amazing and helpful.

My server Yarely was phenomenal when we came in a few nights ago. She attentive and proactive and very knowledgeable. I’ll definitely ask for her next time I visit!

Beautiful hotel in historic ybor city.

The hotel is located in Ybor City, next to Tampa, Florida. While the area may not be some bubbling cultural landmark, it does offer various shops and restaurants to visit. The hotel itself has a café that offers excellent coffee and light dishes. The also have a restaurant, in which we had breakfast. The breakfast was of top quality, fresh and savory. The rooms were in excellent shape, and we were able to sleep very well, something rare when you are sleeping outside home. The only negative was some "amenities charge" for $25, I really do not know what these people are thinking. What next, water usage charge? But in general, l give it an A minus.

Absolutely loved this place. I was here for one night on business and would absolutely come back. Started off strong with Jett checking me in - an angel. Then the ladies at the coffee shop, Helena, Gladys, and Kaylee took great care of me (and made a banging coffee). Can’t wait to stay here again if I’m ever back in Tampa.
