My stay at the Haya Hotel in Ybor City was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and effortlessly relaxing. The hotel beautifully blends historic charm with modern luxury, making it the perfect place to unwind.

What truly elevated my experience was the outstanding service, especially from Jordan at the restaurant and bar. Jordan’s attentiveness, genuine hospitality, and positive energy made every visit memorable. He anticipated guests’ needs before they even had to ask, offered excellent recommendations, and created such a welcoming environment. His professionalism and enthusiasm are a true reflection of what exceptional hospitality should be.

Overall, my stay was peaceful, comfortable, and incredibly pleasant. The accommodations, ambiance, food, and service all exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the entire Haya Hotel team for creating such a memorable experience, and a special thank you to Jordan for making my visit even more enjoyable. I look forward to returning and highly recommend the Haya Hotel to anyone visiting Ybor City.

Came for cocktails and bar snacks after work. Such a great Lounge vibe with table service in the whole Lounge area. Katelyn was great, attentive, thoughtful, and gave great recs. Had the Sandia Menta which is dangerous it is so smooth and a perfect espresso martini. Went great with the trio of dips and the pretzels. Perfect spot for a quick date, gab sesh with friends, or happy hour to escape the heat.

Beautiful hotel! The cafe is awesome!! The coffee is the best in ybor. They used to have better food items like the breakfast flatbread, breakfast quesadilla, the Cuban but they got rid of them. Super disappointing because I work in the area and would get those pretty regularly. Would love if they would bring them back! The staff at the cafe is so nice and has no issue remaking drinks if needed. Lena helped me recently and she was so sweet.

Manny was fantastic help on the valet parking stand. Very helpful indeed.

I had a great experience with the evolution valet. Lorenzo was especially a great help!

Kaylee and Dashawn we're very friendly and they make the best coffee in town!

Dashean & Kayle our amazing, I see them often when I come in and they make me my favorite latte every single week, I work right next-door. This is my favorite place to do computer work and hang out, I love the vibe in the workers here! 100% Recommend.

Service and food was exceptional. Dashaun went above and beyond in an off hours situation to accommodate me in the dining room and provide for an exceptional ond elevated experience. The vibes at Haya are on point My favorite spot in Ybor city and certainly one of my favorites in all of Tampa Bay.

Nice cozy hotel In the heart of Ybor. Great coffee shop and restaurant inside. The room was pretty updated, very clean and cozy!

We stopped in for drinks / appetizers to see the hotel as wasn’t familiar with it and was very pleased with the experience. Michael the host at Flor Fina was great and was going above and beyond to assist the other restaurant workers. And Ashley at the bar was really fantastic. She always had a smile, was efficient, welcoming and really made our short visit a terrific experience. Both of these employees are a great asset to the hotel and will return because of them.

She gave us extra chorizo! So bubbly and sweet

We had a great night. Food was delicious and Clayton took great care of us. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was welcoming. Jimmy and the rest of the valet service team was outstanding—fast, friendly, and always helpful. They made coming and going so easy. We would definitely stay here again

Clayton did a really great job as our server. He provided ample insight on what he recommended in the area. The food was definitely not what we expected (not authentic). However, we were apprehended with a delicious dessert.

my dad and i are staying here for the weekend and we’ve come to the restaurant twice now! Food has been amazing and the drinks have been super yummy as well. Katelyn took care of us and she was awesome! very nice , personable and attentive.

Fantastic spot to headquarter while exploring Ybor, and brunch at Flor Fina was fantastic - not crowded at all, the food was excellent (go for the tapas dishes to share!) and Katelyn was super sweet and helpful with recommendations :)
