Very convenient location to shopping, restaurants, entertainment
Hotel was very nice even had an inground pool, but we didn’t get to use it. Staff was friendly and courteous, but I found black mold all over our room in our air-conditioning vents in the bathroom stall, and when we requested a carried coffee pot for our room it seemed as if it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous user. It was disgusting. There were stains on some of the furniture and bits of. On the floor when we first entered our room everything else was nice. Continental breakfast was great except for trying to get items from the hot plate. There was no prop for the lid so you had to hold the lid with one hand and the tongs with the other. There’s nowhere to sit your plate if you’re holding your plate there’s no way to hold the lid up several people almost got burned trying to use it, including myself. We also requested a set of extra sheets for our bed and they were never sent.

Oatmeal? North Carolina is still in the South...how about grits....or both? More of a fruit selection besides bananas would be nice.
The beds was soft and the pillows
When you pull up it looks very nice and clean. The clerk was very professional. Until you get to the room. The maid needs to be trained and monitored. The bathroom floor and outer floor had hairs, long black curly hair every where. It had cigarettes ashes on the floor next to the command. The outer floor had some kind of what looked like sheet rock crushed on it. It 100% was not swept or cleaned. Which completely made the rest of the room feel dirty. The chair looked l broken and was stained. No trash bags for the trash cans. If all the other rooms are like this I have no idea how it has a rating of a 9 on Priceline. Extremely disappointed especially for what the room cost.
One good sweep and cleaning of the floor would have made all the difference.
The staff is lovely. They were very helpful and kind people. They switched my room for me because I didn't want to be on the 1st floor with no problem.
Good experience, internet was fine, location is great and in walking distance of a convenience store and down the highway from much shopping/restaurants. Breakfast was slightly above average

The price for one just one night
Noise at 3 am on floor above. Sounded like gymnast jumping on and off the bed from 3-5 am.
