Everything was ok beside the 4th floor odor and meat cooked to long

Oatmeal? North Carolina is still in the South...how about grits....or both? More of a fruit selection besides bananas would be nice.

Dirty floor
Pros:

When you pull up it looks very nice and clean. The clerk was very professional. Until you get to the room. The maid needs to be trained and monitored. The bathroom floor and outer floor had hairs, long black curly hair every where. It had cigarettes ashes on the floor next to the command. The outer floor had some kind of what looked like sheet rock crushed on it. It 100% was not swept or cleaned. Which completely made the rest of the room feel dirty. The chair looked l broken and was stained. No trash bags for the trash cans. If all the other rooms are like this I have no idea how it has a rating of a 9 on Priceline. Extremely disappointed especially for what the room cost.

One good sweep and cleaning of the floor would have made all the difference.

Good spot in Wilmington
Pros:

Good experience, internet was fine, location is great and in walking distance of a convenience store and down the highway from much shopping/restaurants. Breakfast was slightly above average

This is a conveniently-located modern hotel with rooms that are large enough and well-appointed. The secret reason to stay there is Allison. She is a professional who made our stay special. She excels in her job and I wish her the best
