Pros:

Staff was polite

Cons:

1) room was not cleaned up to standards, dirty spots were seen on floor
2) shampoo was not replaced (fully empty during shower)
3) breakfast was mainly frozen food

Excelente custo benefício considerando toda a estrutura do hotel e do entorno. Quarto super amplo e confortável, bom café da manhã e serviço de lavanderia. O hotel está dentro de um complexo de lojas e restaurantes a apenas alguns passos, o que foi ótimo. Super recomendado.

GRAN OPCION EN SHENZHEN
Pros:

La atención y servicio del personal,la ubicación es agradable ya que no tienes ruido.Hay variedad de restaurantes al rededor,el desayuno gran variedad para extranjeros es una excelente opción es Shenzhen.
Las instalaciones son agradables y no tienes ruido asi puedes descansar bien después de un largo dia de turismo.
El tamaño de la habitación si coincide con las imágenes y su cama es cómoda.

Cons:

Quiza a futuro deberían ver la opción de cambiar la alfombra de los pasillos para mejorar la movilidad de las maletas.
