Excellent hotel - great staff
Pros:

Super staff from the front desk to the house staff. All kind and welcoming with a smile and a Bonjour. Breakfast was a delight with fresh fruits and croissants.

Pros:

The staff was super friendly, and I loved the garden dining area. The rooms were quite large and each had a unique wall painting which I liked. I also appreciated the filtered water and microwave provided.

Cons:

The walls were quite thin, so I was kept up a few nights by someone on same level coughing non-stop all night. The beds were also too soft (like you sink into them too far) for my liking, so I didn't get the best sleep unfortunately.

Hôtel au top ! Super conseils
Pros:

Dès l’arrivée vous êtes très bien accueilli avec des sourires, on vous explique tout et on vous donne des conseils si vous le souhaitez, les chambres sont très bien et très propre. L’hôtel est idéalement placé pour aller dîner. Merci spécialement à Anabelle pour ton accueil et tous les conseils !

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean. I only stayed for one night, but it was comfortable and I enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

There isn't much in the area in terms of places to eat. And I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs to my room.

Pros:

The staff was very welcoming. The location is perfect if you want to explore the center of Noumea. Good for a one-night transit stop before your next journey to islands or other locations.

Cons:

There was a little confusion about breakfast. There is no buffet. They have breakfast packages. Their Tropical breakfast was included. It was nice, but it did not include any eggs or bacon. However, you can upgrade for an extra cost for bacon and eggs. Overall, the meal was fresh and yummy.

Accommodation was suitable for the one night we stayed. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.
Pros:

Location good central within walking to most facilities

Cons:

The pillows were very uncomfortable, we didn’t sleep very well at all, think they need replacing.
