Clean and well maintained facilities and room.
convenient location near main road with all conveniences, but far back enough not to hear the traffic from hotel.
Lovely self serve breakfast including waffle makers, self serve coffee available all day also.
Very friendly and very helpful staff, especially the breakfast person (forgot her name) and Guarav/Gavi at reception.

Cons:

No dry clean services available.
Not critical but slightly unusual: many Canadian hotels including this one also do not use duvet covers, just 2 sheets that "sandwich" the duvet.

Cons:

Little maintenance things like the door was impossible to open and had to force it to close. Water pressure in sink was non existent. I would expect no issues for $300/night
