la camera non era la stessa di quella prenotata vista sul vostro sito, cosa già illegale e sicuramente punibile, perchè ho mio fratello e mia sorella che hanno due b&b è mi hanno detto che questa cosa è assurda el'host non dovrebbe farlo! La camera puzzava molto e la parete vicino al lettosingolo era ammuffita! Nel bagno non c'erano saponi e la rubinetteria era diversa da quella vista sul sito. Sono partita alle 6 da casa da Campobasso e sono arrivata all'hotel alle 19.30 ero esausta del viaggio e purtroppo a quell'ora non sapervo dove andare perchè ero a piedi, anche se ho contattato hotel nella zona ma non avevano posto. Ho conservato le foto della stanza e nulla toglie che vorrei esporre denuncia. Se vuole glie le invio. Anche booking cosi facendo perde credibilità...

Pros:

La stanza molto pulita decisamente spaziosa e luminosa.
Tutti i confort presenti .
Ottima posizione con tutti i servizi a portata di mano.
Ottimo panorama .
Ho apprezzato il silenzio nonostante ci fossero tante camere prenotate .

Cons:

Accoglienza minimal.
L'ascensore sembrava dovesse bloccarsi da un momento all'altro .
Mancavano i bicchierini che solitamente si trovano in bagno.
Troppo troppo caldo , abbiamo dietro tutte le finestre ma la notte non ci siamo sentiti di tenerle aperte con la pioggia eh niente abbiamo sofferto molto il caldo .
