Pros:

The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. It is just around 5 minutes walk to the Sanctuary. Breakfast is very good. Highly recommended. We are very satisfied with our stay.

Cons:

Poco silenziosa. La nostra stanza era adiacente al bagno di un'altra stanza ed ogni volta che si tirava l'acqua faceva molto rumore: fastidioso soprattutto la notte. L'affaccio sulla strada principale era un'ulteriore causa di rumore, anche se meno fastidioso di quello del bagno adiacente. La TV, pur essendo piatta, era abbastanza vecchia e non permetteva l'accesso allo streaming (ad esempio netflix)

Very close to to the churches dedicated to Padre Pio, simple but large and clean room, kind staff.

Cons:

The rooms are not very well insulated so you will hear a lot of noise from the near room. The breakfast is not as abundant as expected.
