В условиях бронирования было указана - стоимость отмены в любое время составляет 0 евро. Однако, через 20 минут после бронирования по имейл Букинг ком указал - бесплатная отмена невозможна. Итого запросили 165 евро стоимость за ночлег в 3 звездочетом номере + за уборку номера 135 евро! Номер использовался только для ночлега на одну ночь: кухня, техника и даже электрочайник не использовался. При стоимости номера 162 евро + уборка 135 евро выглядит как скрытое списание , тем более что это указывается при бронировании очень мелкими буквами и такое обслуживание - не прозрачное и намеренно скрывающее возможность несоразмерной оплаты . Booking.com и владелец отеля берут деньги за уборку в трех звездочетом отеле скрыто и все это оставляет плохой осадок и ощущения что обманули. При. стольких бронирования на Booking.com и такое отношение!!! Мы думаем переходить к другим провайдерам

Hotel liegt nicht direkt im belebten Zentrum. Das ist sehr angenehm. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen.
Frau Stöckl kümmert sich sehr aufmerksam und liebevoll um die Gäste. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.
Pros:

Das Haus wird von sehr freundliche, familiäre Gastgeber geführt. Das Vierbettzimmer ist sehr groß. Alles war sehr und komfortabel.
Wir würden herzlich Empfangen und fühlten uns gleich wohl.
Die Lage zu den Bergbahnen und der Fussgänger Zone ist spitzen, einfach nur ums Eck.

Ruhig und trotzdem Zentrumsnah, absolut empfehlenswert
Pros:

sehr freundlicher Empfang, Online Check in möglich, sehr nette Gastgeberin, Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Hotel eigene Parkplätze vorhanden, Spitzen Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Frühstücksraum auch tagsüber /abends nutzbar, ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem ist die Ortsmitte sehr schnell erreichbar. Alles im allem absolut empfehlenswert. Man fühlt sich sofort angekommen. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt

Nice but not worth the price we paid
Pros:

Modem and clean hotel, nice view from the balcony. About a 5 minute walk from the centre

Cons:

The room was very small for the price we paid, and it wasn't cleaned during our 4 night stay. The bin was emptied and our towels were only changed if we left them outside the door
