冷氣、馬桶邊緣漏水
位置好、有獨立廁所、有洗衣機、還有獨立三張床、就近有Family Mart、雖然附近有時鐘酒店，但道路都很光，晚上也常有路人而不會太靜。對面雖然是醫院、但影響不大，晚上不會有嘈吵聲。
(1) 上網速度慢；(2)廚房的刀生鏽和污糟；(3)掛鉤不足；(4)拖鞋是可重用的，不知道上手用過的人有無腳病，就算你說你們已清潔也不太可信，很恐怖；最好更換為一次性用完可棄的拖鞋吧；(5)我們住了9天，不想有人進房清潔，所以最好每一間有一個吸塵機給我們吸走每日的塵和頭髮，如果每間房都有吸塵機的話，你們可以準備幾架小型的吸塵機，只要有客人要求就借給他們在住宿期間使用吧。不過這些都不是大問題，只是如果可以的話就最好了。
The place was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room nice and cool. I also really liked that it had a washing machine, a stove, and a microwave. It was very well-equipped with everything I needed.
The only thing I didn't really like was the surrounding area, as there were quite a few love hotels nearby, even though the neighborhood itself felt safe.
Overall, this is a good hotel that offers excellent value for money. The room was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a refrigerator, air conditioning, washing machine, microwave, and other useful amenities. The location is convenient, with a supermarket right next door and a metro station within a short walking distance.
There are a few important points that future guests should be aware of. We stayed for eight nights, yet our room was never cleaned, our towels and bed linen were never changed, and we had to empty the rubbish bins and take the trash outside ourselves. In fact, we never saw any hotel staff during our entire stay.
It would also be helpful if the hotel clearly stated in advance that it is located in Tokyo's red-light district. We always felt safe, and the area was generally quiet, but the surroundings are unmistakable. As I was travelling with my teenage daughters, they were not entirely comfortable walking back to the hotel in the evenings.
Despite these drawbacks, we found the hotel to be a good choice in terms of price and facilities, but clearer communication and improved housekeeping would make the experience much better.
位置不错。池袋地铁站出口走路5-10分钟就能到。周围便利店，饭店一应俱全。设施也可以，唯一的缺点就是wifi网络不咋样。

It was close to the ikebukuro station and in the middle of the happenings.
The location was in the middle of love hotel alley. Can't knock the hotel though. It was really my fault for not looking into it further.
Check-in using the tablet in the lobby was straight forward. Elevator was roomy and didn't feed cram. The apartment was very clean and spacious for 3 people. Beds were comfortable and plenty of outlets to charge the devices. I really liked that the toilet and shower were separated and clean. Family Mart right downstairs was a definite plus.
The only thing we dislike was the distance we had to walk to the train station. Other than that, everything was great.
