Excellent service by Chandan
Best hotel ever I have stayed in Bangalore. Love the hospitality here all the staff are very humble and helpful specially mentioned to Prerona in front office.
I love the store so many good collections are there.
We had a month long stay at the hotel, and our stay was very comfortable. Everyone in the hotel was very friendly and helpful.
Sapna, from housekeeping staff was wonderful and she took care of us really well. She was always punctual, very efficient and always carefully looked into the details while doing her job. She always happily helped me everything I asked for like dishes, cleaning room. Always happy to take care of our needs with our stay.
The catering staff at the morning buffet mainly Sanhita, chef Ayush, Shivam made an extra effort to make it special for the kids and us. It was so heartwarming to see them going out of the way for the kids.
The gym trainer Younas, also helped me everyday in the gum with strength training and fitness. He motivated me and I was able to make it to the gym everyday.
Everyone I mentioned above really made our stay super comfortable. We didn’t feel like leaving the hotel when we had to.
The staff was super helpful and friendly. We missed our brekfast and a Prerona from front office fixed us up with some fruits for our one hour drive.

The room is spacious but the staff are not welcoming they don’t know how to greet guest they just pretend they don’t see anyone .
I don’t like the attitude of the majority of the staff they are not welcoming they don’t greet guest they just stare us .

Overall a good experience but I definitely have to call out the fact that they mistreat you if you’re on a corporate booking.
I ordered cutlery in the room and was told it’s chargeable then later on they say that it’s not, then again they say that it is chargeable but every time after asking my room number and checking if it’s a corporate booking. This is disrespectful and shows a lack of professionalism.
Rooms were great, spacious and clean. Housekeeping and restaurant staff was particularly polite and friendly, a big shout to them. Their food is also good.
But owing to the partial treatment for a corporate booking, I for one, will not make a booking here for personal travel because this incident left a bad taste.
