Pros:

One of the best properties in Bangalore, the staff were courteous and were more than happy to help and assist in any requirement. Prerona went out of ther way to make the stay special and was prompt in making the stay comfortable.

We had a wonderful experience with Zeeshan at the restaurant. He went above and beyond to understand our preferences and recommended dishes that were perfectly tailored to our taste. I would like to give a special mention to Dharmendra and Ajay, the housekeepers, who were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and sincere in their work. Ajay created some beautiful towel origami that made my day after a long and tiring one. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth truly stood out. I would highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional hospitality and excellent service.
