Hidden gem to stay with family
Pros:

Friendly attentive staff without being intrusive. Clean and new like facilities. Got free upgrade to suite which was amazing and spa/gym facilities are great.

Pros:

One of the best properties in Bangalore, the staff were courteous and were more than happy to help and assist in any requirement. Prerona went out of ther way to make the stay special and was prompt in making the stay comfortable.
