Riklis is my helper in the Grand Mescire hotel and she did fanstastic work to re-arrange my room during my stay. She is very humble and polite. You must give her a raise.
Riklis, was too good, did good housekeeping everyday, with a smile, all bedsheets changed and washroom cleaned properly by her, infact i waited everyday to see her smiling face

Had a bit of problem with operating TV couldn’t watch footy called reception the first guy who came didn’t know anything about smart TV ! Finally another guy came and fixed the problem. There should be operating instruction for customer

A welcome change in the routine despite staying in the bustling city of Bangalore. Grand Mercure was my fiancé’s suggestion and lives up to our expectations in every way. The ambience sparkles in your eyes, right from the cutest little elephant sculptures at entrance. Breakfast spread and room setting left no room for complaints. The staff knows how to pander you well and also is quick to recover in case of any mistakes.
