Decepcionante
Pros:

Las vistas son hermosas pero solo de los últimos pisos

Cons:

Anteriormente me había hospedado en este hotel y todo había sido perfecto , pero en esta ocaciones muchas cosas cambiaron empezando por el mal trato de la manager ANESA y terminando por las habitaciones y personal . Compré dos habitaciones king al igual que siempre , me habían dado el piso 9 sin pedirlo y en otras ocaciones lo pedía y me lo daban amablemente sin problema . En esta ocasión me maltrataron y me cobraron más de 500 dólares por anotaciones Queen ni siguiera habitaciones mejores q las que compré y tampoco en el piso 9 que quería y sin explicarme que eran 50 dólares por noche y por habitación . No se que cambio pero todo cambió en este hotel , limpieza , personal y accesorios en habitaciones. Al parecer no hay alguien calificado para dirigir en este hotel como lo había antes por lo que perdieron una clienta fija de cada año asta dos veces al año .

A Bit Overrated But Beautiful
Pros:

Location was awesome. Beds super comfy. The best shower ever! Water pressure felt like a massage. Beautiful grounds and staff was great.

Cons:

Roof top overrated. They were closed whenever we decided to go. We went later in the night after dinner. Not much entertainment when we did catch it. Food in restaurant overpriced for what you get. Was definitely looking for more excitement. Probably wont stay again.

Luxury before and after amazing beach days.
Pros:

Beautiful, clean, luxurious.

Cons:

For families with young children, it may be best to use your own vehicle while getting around Sandestin and heading to the beach. The shuttle service is great but waiting for it to arrive may not be ideal for some with younger children. We had our own vehicle and it made a huge difference for us. We loved it!

I had the time of my life and plan to be back again and again!!
Pros:

EVERYTHING!! I have stayed at the resort perhaps 5 times now, and it always provide the rest, relaxation and quality I desire!! I am always singing the praises of the hotel…, so much so that this time I brought my family!! They believe I should become a brand ambassador for the hotel at this point…lol!!
