Too many issues with my rooms (2). Room # 1, air conditioner full blast wouldn't shut off. Maintenance came twice, second time, did a work around for a temporary fix. Spider in the refrigerator. Room # 2, garage disposal cracked, water all over the floor. Used a small trash can until fix, which it was. Refrigerator top shelf ruined my food, top shelf full of water, appeared & noticed the second day. Both rooms, cleaning on a schedule; however, why would a 4-day stay cleaning be the day before checkout. We had to constantly pull trash, ask for towels, ask for some cleaning. Then you had to describe the type of cleaning needed, full, partial, only towels and toilet tissue. Way too much work while on vacation.
It is always a comfortable stay every time. Clean, comfortable room with everything you need available and ready for you when you arrive. I love the Hilton brands. It never disappoints.
What is there not to like about this hotel? Like really? Everything is A++.
Guest service is excellent, the front desk especially Jessica are definitely excellent. The morning service staff at breakfast are very sweet “Latoya”
All staff were polite, greeted with a smile, willing to assist when asked. Breakfast was fantastic. Theere were a variety of options to meet different health and nutrition needs. The location was perfect. The hotel was close enough to the beach, mall, restaurants, beach wear stores, and other tourist attractions(5-10mins drive).
On the night of arrival, there a roach crawling on the wall in my assigned room.

Great location, staff, and spacious rooms.
This is not a problem for me but the location of the hotel is not far from the airport. There were aircraft sounds during the stay but it is not overwhelming.

The room was not completely accessible. Not enough hand rails around the toilet and in the shower. Toilet was too low.
