Our serviced apartments house offers a 24/7 service center, but no reception on site.

Please let us know your email address so that we can send you the check-in invitation. You will receive this no later than 4 days before your arrival.

We then ask you to carry out the web check-in. You will then receive a QR code with which you can easily create a key card for your apartment. Alternatively, you can also use our check-in terminal on site.

Your apartment will be available to you no later than 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.

Safe, clean, accessible
Pros:

The furniture, kitchen facilities and bathroom were exceptional. We felt safe and it was clean. The elevator was an appreciated convenience too.

Cons:

Our air conditioner didn't work, which was quite unfortunate given the 30°C+ temperatures and windows closed to block out street noise.

Fin central beliggenhed, men der var mangler.
Pros:

Den centrale beliggenhed, selvom det overraskede mig, hvor sølle et kvarter, den ligger i/på kanten af.

Cons:

Der var ikke en dør ind til soveværelset, som der ellers stod på booking.com.
Skydedøren til badeværelset kunne ikke lukkes, så jeg brugte tid på at skrive med Brera om det samt den manglende dør. Min kone lavede dog skydedøren.
Der manglede et rullegardin i opholdsrummet.

Staff member was very helpful.

Cons:

The location, while close to the main centre, is not that great when coming from the train station and is currently next to a building site. I think it was expensive for the quality of accommodation and the initial room we were given had one window that could not be opened (had defective sign on it) and only one out of three windows had a serviceable blind. Andreas was very helpful in moving us to another room on the front (he did mention it would be noisier) and it was. I think we were disappointed that they thought it was acceptable to give us a room that had things that were defective.

Pros:

Las instalaciones son bastante nuevas y modernas. La ubicación: cerca de la estación central y del centro histórico de Frankfurt.
Es cómodo.
Tuvimos un problema con la taquilla de guardar el equipaje, al hacer el check out, y nos lo solucionaron inmediatamente, mandando una trabajadora del servicio de limpieza. Lo valoro positivamente.

Cons:

Dado el precio del apartamento, creo que deberían ofrecer gel y champú para todos los días de estancia. Igualmente deberían hacer con las cápsulas de café y pastillas para el lavavajillas (para no parecer ruines)
No queda suficientemente clara la forma de hacer el check in de entrada: deberían explicar, que el día antes o el mismo día, te enviarán el código de entrada al portal, y que una vez en el portal , hay una máquina que expide la tarjeta magnética de entrada al apartamento, escribiendo tu apellido y la palabra código que te han enviado por mensaje.

Pros:

Lokalizacja blisko centrum. Przestronne wnętrze, dużo sprzętu w kuchni, wygodne łóżko.

Cons:

Na 6 dni i 3 osoby otrzymałyśmy tylko jedną rolkę papieru toaletowego, w tym czasie było święto i niedziela więc trudno było samemu kupić. Podobnie z tabletką do zmywarki tylko 1 szt. oraz 2 kapsułki kawy do ekspresu i tylko 2 herbaty.

Mitten im Geschehen
Pros:

Wir waren vom Apartment und vom Service sehr zufrieden. Kleine Abstriche gibt es immer.
Die Apartments sind sehr zentral zum Bahnhof gelegen und durch die Gastronomie, die sich durch die ganze Straße zieht, ist man bestens versorgt. Die S Bahn ist direkt vor der Tür, sodass man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln problemlos weiterziehen kann.
Das Zimmer, je nachdem welches man hat, sind geräumig und für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend.
Pünktlich zum Wochenende geht es in der Straße richtig rund bis in die frühen Morgenstunden. Die Fenster sind aber sehr gut isoliert. Kleines Manko... Die Luftzirkulation ist dadurch sehr gering. Die Klimaanlage läuft eher auf Sparflamme, daher wird's kuschelig warm im Zimmer. Ab 4 Uhr kann man aber problemlos das Fenster öffnen.
Alles in allem würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.
Insider für Landeier... Die typischen Bäckereien findet man nicht so einfach, daher bietet sich ein schnelles Frühstück im Hauptbahnhof an
