The stay at DOLCE Hotels and Resorts by Wyndham was a very pleasant experience. The hotel offers a beautiful ambience, comfortable rooms, courteous staff, and excellent hospitality. The overall service was warm and professional, making the stay relaxing and enjoyable.
One area that could be improved is the food quality and variety for Indian guests. Adding more authentic Indian options, with better taste and consistency, would make the dining experience even more enjoyable for Indian travellers.
Overall, a wonderful stay with great hospitality, and I would be happy to recommend the hotel to others. Looking forward to visiting again!

De suite was perfect, goede bedden, ruime kamers en prachtige badkamers. Heerlijk dus. Het rooftop-zwembad heeft een mooi uitzicht. Ook het ontbijtbuffet is uitstekend en de moeite waard. Je weet wat je boekt als je de foto’s ziet, je moet een beetje van goud(kleur) houden…
De rooptop-pool heeft ‘s middags eigenlijk geen schaduwplek, het is dus zoeken om uit de zon te zitten.

The lighting inside the room and the bathroom was not sufficient. It needs more lighting especially for night time. The staff who checked us in processed the payment figure incorrectly and at checkout we were asked to make another payment while we were already running late for airport. This was very annoying and delayed our airport arrival.

I loved everything about this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Check-in was quick and easy, and the lady at reception was so friendly.
The gentleman at the concierge gave us some great restaurant recommendations, and his warm smile made our stay even better.
The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, and the breakfast staff were all friendly and attentive.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated.
Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely stay here again when we’re back in Hanoi!

Trang thiết bị như thang máy,nhà tắm xuống cấp rõ rệt nhất là khi mạ vàng, nhân viên phục vụ ở nhà hàng đồ Tây ở tầng 1 thiếu chuyên nghiệp và tỏ vẻ thiếu tôn trọng khách hàng(cậu này hình như làm quản lý ở dưới nhà hàng).
