Staff were amazing, comfortable, and the staff were very very helpful and nice, the location also is the best thing about this hotel, all you do is step outside the hotel and you're basically in the center of Ha Noi.

The hotel is MARVELLOUS. Luxury and so chic but staff is not properly trained.

Spacious room, very comfortable beds and nice bathroom with everything you need. Possibly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! and very helpful staff.

We will visit there again but will definitely choose the ones the opposite side of highway.

A golden hotel - located at a distance of 50 mins from the Airport. Very near to a lake and adjacent to one of the most happening Coffee Joint locations in Hanoi.

This proper is unique and almost in the centre of locations you want to visit in HANOI. There are many INDIANS here. The food was a slight turn off as the INDIAN SECTION MENU was missing with limited pure veg options we are used to.

An gujrati group was here who brought in their own CHEF for INDIAN FOOD preparations - who prepared a lot of meals like DHOKLA , THEPLA, PARANTHA and INDIAN MASALA TEA. We were lucky that on request he provided a small portion for our kids else it was completely restricted for their group. A personal CHEF option in VIETNAM seemed eminent if you are in large group and are pure VEGETARIAN.

The rooms had unique TOILET SEATS and TUBS. Which caught our eye. The room size was also decent and well equipped with all necessary amenities.

The vicinity has a lake and can be used for morning/ evening strolls just to relax and chill out.

The CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT experience is something which requires some attention - they require a security amount to be deposited with them - which is refunded on check out - the culture which is non existential in todays high end hotels across. More over the experience required a lot of time and felt a little off beat. Needs a little attention and quick processing for sure.

Rest all in all a good stay experience in the hotel. It has very few amenities apart from the roof top pool so plan your trips accordingly.

From the moment we arrived, the reception team greeted us with genuine warmth and made the check-in process quick and smooth. We especially want to thank the staff for decorating the room and preparing a chocolate box along with a beautifully designed greeting card—such a lovely surprise that truly added to our experience.

The room itself was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a wonderful view over the lake. The bathroom was also exceptionally spacious and well-equipped with all the needed amenities, and it was maintained to a very high cleanliness standard.

Comfort was another highlight: the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, helping us rest well throughout the stay.

Breakfast was excellent. The buffet offered a wide variety and a large selection of choices suitable for everyone. We’d also like to give a special thanks to Quin in the restaurant for her helpfulness and kindness, which made breakfast even more enjoyable.

Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend Dolce by Wyndham Golden Lake Hanoi to other travelers.
