Clean, reliable accommodation in a fantastic location
Pros:

Good, basic, clean accommodation with very friendly staff in a great location.

Cons:

It’s no frills, but good value for money. The check-in process with the kiosk is quite tedious.

Hotel céntrico
Pros:

Cerca al parking Atrium. Buena ubicación.

Cons:

La calle es bastante bulliciosa. La gente hasta las 4am haciendo bulla. Al hotel le falta un poco de mantenimiento ya que la persiana del baño no abría. Faltaba además una cortina en una de las ventanas.

Los desagües hacen mucho ruido de las habitaciones ,aunque me comentaron en recepción que van hacer obras.

Estancia breve pero muy satisfecho
Pros:

Estancia de tres días en régimen de alojamiento en las habitaciones dobles 302 y 304. Mobiliario bastante nuevo y conservado. Camas muy cómodas (para nuestra opinión) y sábanas de calidad. Personal excelente.
Vitoria es tan acogedora que se llega rápidamente a los lugares de interés, ubicación buena para el centro, para el Museo de Arqueología y Fournier de Naipes, Catedral de Santa María, etc
Recomiendo la gastronomía local (pinxos) y en especial todo lo relacionado con la patata alavesa.

Cons:

Si llegas fuera del horario de recepción, aunque el check-in automático escanea el DNI, no llega a leer todos los datos. Tuve que introducir el número de soporte, la fecha de nacimiento, el sexo, y la dirección postal (no me pidió el reverso del carnet, igual ahí no lo hice bien) de tres carnets.
Respecto a las habitaciones, se echa de menos una luz indirecta para ver la televisión, hacer crucigramas, leer sin tener que "molestar" al acompañante que quiera dormir.

Hotel Kruger da miedo…

Nada, bueno me gusto que me devolvieran el dinero porque ni loco dormía ahí…

Cons:

Llegamos al “Hotel” y no hay recepción, sino una máquina parecida a la de un parking donde hacer el checkin en plena calle… Entre maletas y cosas te pones a introducir todos tus datos en una máquina que no funciona correctamente y te dan una tarjeta para acceder dentro. Una vez llegamos a la habitación, nos encontramos encontramos una habitación sucia, y el baño con la ducha rota…. No nos quedamos a dormir ni de coña… Que le cambien el nombre a Hotel Kruger o Hotel Transilvania…
