Pros:

Location to transport is great and good facilities close by , convenience stores , resto and supermarket
Area is a bit grubby in the street where accommodation is ,gets bit loud in weekend with bars across the street

Cons:

The size of room was very small
Beds are very small like children bed
No where to hang clothes as kitchen /laundry area so small and compact
I feel this is a decent room size for 2 person not 3 as our party, it too small for 3

comfortable hotel conveniently located at fair price.
Pros:

a fine, spacious hotelroom, with a table/ chairs and a kitchenette, 2 2 spacious bunkbeds, ideal for us travelling with 3 people. Location is fine, close to the subway in Shinjuku. enough restaurants at close walking distance, 15 mins walks from the bustling Shinjuku. Value for money.

Cons:

it was not clear to me that there would be no personnel on site which was initially a problem when my creditcard verification tool stalled, which would block access to the room entirely as everything happens via a device in the hallway. The personnel offsite however, did patently support the process by phone, so it was resolved.

Comfortable and close to transport.
Pros:

Clean and close to transport. Big enough for a family of 4 (younger kids). Everything we needed for our stay. Very quiet at night.

Nice room with ambient lighting but no elevator
Pros:

It's spacious. Has nixe ambient lighting and laundry. Easy check in and check out.

Cons:

Just that it's slightly far from some stations. Third floor kind of a struggle to get to with luggage as there is no elevator.

Disappointing overall except location
Pros:

Location and it was spacious for Tokyo standards

Cons:

-5 nights booking but not a single cleaning service, no way to clear our mounting rubbish
- the underside of the upper bunk bed had so much dust including on the walls and corners, impossible to sleep below
- some noise as it's beside a small road
- practically no where to hang towels or clothes, not a single bar/hook, for 4 people in a room, it's a mess

A pesar de las escaleras, repetiría
Pros:

Lo nuevo y bonito que estaba todo, la ubicación también es muy buena

Cons:

Pues las escaleras son bastante estrechas y que no tuviera guardamaletas ya que el checkout es demasiado temprano comparado con el checkin
