La limpieza.
Mucha suciedad, los extractores del baño saturados de suciedad junto los marcos de las puertas y las lamparas,la ventana de la ducha estava negra de suciedad incrustada
Los utensilios de cocina necesitan una renovación y faltan cosas para llegar a un mínimo que esperas de un apartamento.
Pd: la sarten hay que tirarla comes más teflón que comida cuando cocinas.

Not enough towels

Il n'y avait que deux lits alors que nous étions trois. Un lit double mais qui ne devait faire que 120 cm, j'ai dû dormir avec mon fils de 18 ans sur un matelas pas du tout confortable. Il y avait beaucoup de poussière sous les lits ,derrière les sanitaires et la machine à laver ,à noter qu'il n'y avait pas de sèche-linge et un tout petit étendoir conçu pour les sous-vêtements. Par contre beaucoup de règles à respecter.

Two notable complaints: 1) the listing/photos should inform a prospective guest that this unit is directly above a bar that plays loud music quite late.
2) The check-in process was NOT smooth. Our phone had limited signal, so we struggled with uploading ID and completing the check-in online. We messaged and thankfully got a response… But the whole time, we were locked out of the front door of the building, in the hot heat, and in a cloud of cigarette smoke from the bar patrons. Frustrating. The message contained a link to a very large PDF file with the information we needed to access the unit. Because the street in front of the unit is surrounded by tall buildings, we didn’t have signal to download the PDF. The message itself should have contained the info we needed. Took a long time suffering in the heat, but we eventually gave up and messaged for the info that they should have provided in the first place.

I contaced the staff using Line and Whataspp and they were only responsive on Whatsapp for 1 day when I reported the clothes dryer wasn't working properly. Successive minor requests like more bath towels were ignored.

This is not a hotel
The procedure to get into the unstaffed building is a nightmare and the communication is beyond bad.
Stupid rules written everywhere
Dirty, unsafe lift and stair access
The only response you will get is a rude one and booking.com did not back us up. I’ve read similar complaints about this place now
The advertised price is then subject to a “tax and service charge”
The whole set up is a scam
Avoid completely
After using booking.com at least 3/4 times a year for many many years this whole experience has now put me off and I will use any other service

Not fancy accommodation, simply a place to sleep, shower and relax after a long day and night.
