Loved the breakfast, clean tidy fresh room

Cons:

Was a bit disappointed in the $15/day parking but helped offset by the free ev charging

Loved our stylish room & friendly helpful reception staff!
Pros:

Beautiful interiors & connected to Labor club where you can get a fab meal without walking outside.

Cons:

Not much off street parking when checking in but car parking is convenient once checked in.

Enjoyed my stay
Pros:

The labour club staff were awesome and so accommodating. The team at the Mercure were so friendly as well.

Cons:

Paying for parking. The cost of the hotel is always more to stay at the Mercure and this is the first Mercure I have stayed at where I had to pay for parking which was disappointing.

Also the weird hanging light is way too low and close to the bed. I actually smashed into it a few times.

Comfortable beds, spacious rooms

Cons:

We had 2 different bookings, one for Friday and Saturday night, and another just for Saturday night, we requested well in advance that the rooms to be adjoining, when the second room checked in the next day they were put on a different floor, despite receiving a message that the request had been granted

Cons:

We joined a party who checked in on the Friday afternoon and we requested an adjoining room well in advance of our stay, however on arrival we were told this wasn't possible, which meant our family was split between 2 floors.
