We had a short stay in Canberra for a family eve and this was a very comfortable place to stay.
Pros:

Great modern apartment, the amenities were clean and the location was fantastic. Beds were comfortable and the staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Instant coffee, I think that rooms of this standard and price should have at least a small pod machine.

Excellent.
Pros:

All good. Loved the room decor - far better than Novotel in Sydney (Accor).

Staff were all friendly, respectful and helpful.

Cons:

The airconditioning. Unable to control at room level. At periods of each day it was exceedingly hot despite keyboard stating 18ºC. Reading of data at Reception stated the actual room temperature was e.g. 27ºC.

Great value and good standard of Hotel Room
Pros:

Nice and convenient. Clean and comfortable. Also got an upgrade as it was a quiet night in town. Loved having a couch in the room.

Pros:

Hotel is clean, rooms are nice, lots nearby like Woolworth, restaurants, bowling’s for the kids, lake etc.
The staff was always happy to help ams made sure we had everything we needed, this is my second time in this hotel and have been very happy both time

Cons:

Can be a bit noisy, you can hear the noise in the corridor, I like the noise of the aircon but I could see that being an issue for some people

Great overnight stay, very comfortable.
Pros:

Great location close to Westfield mall and the north Canberra hospital.
Rooms were clean and tidy, liked the bath tub it was very relaxing, staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Would have liked bigger coffee cups, that was the only thing I didn’t like.

Restaurant was good checking in good bar was good room was average.

Restaurant was good, bar was good, in our room, when you sat on the toilet the toilet system fell against your back. Toilet seat did not stay up. System was not attached to the wall was freestanding. Shower screen door was broken. Very tight bathroom in this area you could not get dressed in the bathroom.

Toilet system fell against your back when you sat on the toilet, toilet seat did not stay up. Toilet system was not fixed was free floating loose fitting. Shower screen door was broken. You could not get changed or manoeuvre in the bathroom. The bathroom was 10° colder than any other part of the room.
