Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

I went to make a cup of coffee and the jug was filthy. It had what looked like mud splattered over the outside an on the inside of it. Made me wonder what else wasn’t clean

Pros:

I stayed at Mercure Belconnen for more than 10 days while accompanying my daughter during her first days in Canberra. The room was comfortable, clean, and just as expected. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I had a great experience staying here and will definitely be back next year!
