Perfect for solo travel with good price
Pros:

Location and the price is the best thing about this property. Although it’s walking distance from the city center, the neighborhood is quiet enough at night. Facility and amenity are good enough, and clean.

Cons:

The room is very small, if you have a big suit cases this won’t be the first option because you won’t be able to open it fully. But if you have backpack or small suitcase it won’t be a problem.

It would be nice to get the same level of service as in other APA hotels

Ease of booking and location are good

Cons:

First room we were assigned to had black mold in the bathroom to an extent it actually smelled. Staff provided a replacement room which was cleaner but not to a level we saw in APA hotels in Tokyo, Kyoto and Hiroshima. Staff is less friendly than in those other locations of the same APA branded hotels. Also comparing to others here there was no money exchange machines in the lobby.

As expected, this hotel was clean and quiet and great.
Pros:

As a non Japanese speaking tourist, I’d say this hotel was lovely. It was in a great location and very clean, as most Japanese hotels are. The staff did not speak much English, but we figured it all out eventually. I would stay there again. I also loved the actual grocery store next door where I could buy all of my meals each day!

Nothing comes to mind.

スタッフの皆さん対応が良くて丁寧に接客頂けました。近くにスーパーもあり利便性も良いです
Pros:

駐車場もあり、少し早めに着きましたが臨機応変に対応頂けました。周辺も利便性があり良かったです。
ベット周りのコンセントも多く使いやすいです。
