Nice comfortable stay and a great swim in the pool
Pros:

Good location and friendly reception Very nice pool and hot tub too

Cons:

The throwaway plates knives and forks at breakfast Such a lot of waste going to landfill single use plastic is so bad for global warming Using proper items which are washed and reused is better for our planet I am from England and we are changing the way we cater for tourists to consider the environment I don’t see that in the hotels in America which is disappointing to say the least

Clean but overpriced
Pros:

Location, the rooms were new and clean

Cons:

The breakfast was just ok for the price point of the hotel. Even the yogurt and cream cheese were low quality with lots of additives. It wasn't accommodating to different dietary choices.

Pros:

Saltline hotel is a fantastic place to stay! The location is perfect for exploring Seaside or going over to Cannon Beach. Additionally, the hotel is close to numerous restaurants or other shops if you are interested in exploring. The staff was so welcoming and gave additional information on what was available at the hotel. They also had some nice little welcome treats! The rooms were very clean and had very comfortable beds, extra blankets, and were nice and cool. We enjoyed our stay so much, we decided to stay an extra day. Absolutely fantastic hotel and would come back!

Cons:

I honestly cannot think about anything I did not like. At times, if there are a lot of people checking in or out, the elevators can be a bit slow, but the stairs are marked so well and it is not a big building so I was perfectly fine taking the stairs.

I will stay again, nice place.
Pros:

Comfy soft beds. This was a great place to stay. They had free cookies later in the day at the front counter. Staff was always available & nice. There are firepits to sit around, cornhole to play, comfy main area to sit & relax in. The breakfast had all the usual for a hot free breakfast & fruit & cereal. It was good. Pool & hottub worked & were nice. Exercise room was nice too. The rooms were big & nice, & beds were great. Only a block away from the beach & downtown area. I will stay here again for sure.

Pros:

Location was great, lobby was nice and clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was good!

Cons:

Individual rooms were dirty. Cleaning staff need to be trained or replaced. Shower looked as if it hadn’t been clean and cap to whirlpool fell into tub as my kids were bathing and it was super moldy. Sheets were placed on bed inside out. Was also a mild odor in the room. For this to be a pet friendly hotel , there should be even more emphasis on cleanliness. Definitely won’t stay here again which is a shame because everything else was great. But a dirty smelly room is enough to make the entire experience bad.

Pros:

Great location, friendly staff and great amenities

Cons:

Only 1 thing to keep this from being a fantastic place - the walls, floors & windows lack any type of sound-proofing. So at the height of tourist season for families, expect lots of crying and thudding to be heard even late in the night

It was a very comfortable room.
Pros:

Facility was very clean, great breakfast choices, exceptional pool/hot tub. Location was two blocks to beach, promenade, and shopping. Very quiet room and comfortable beds. Bathroom was equipped with shower bars that helped our aging family members.

Cons:

I would like a table and chairs in room for card games. We had to go to the lobby area to use a table. Also we had no view of the ocean which would be a plus.

Pros:

The SaltLine is a convenient location. An easy walk to restaurants and the beach. The room was quiet and clean. And the staff were friendly and polite.

Cons:

The beds were a little hard. Not awful.
