Pros:

就在大森站北口正對面，過馬路就到旅館。留下就是7-11，對面就是Lawson，後面就有全家，不遠處還有超市、百元商店和Atre，對於出差來說生活機能相當充足。另外設有大浴場，對於消除疲勞相當有幫助。

Cons:

電梯兩台在尖峰時間有時候要等比較久。自助check in連外國人都需要填地址和電話增加麻煩的程度。棉被被套脫線肉眼可見。雖說交通方便但要往羽田或市區剛好都在一個需要轉車的地方。

ホテル自体は大変良かったです。コンビニが併設してあるのも非常に良かったです。また泊まりたいです。

清潔感など他のホテルと比べても1ランク上だと感じた。

Cons:

最寄り駅を京急 大森海岸駅と勘違いした。私のミスですが。。。

Decent hotel
Pros:

Decent hotel not too far from Haneda airport. Usual Japanese stuff - small room, very clean. Right opposite a JR station. There is a bathhouse, plus washing machines are available.

Cons:

The breakfast across the road (a voucher for a cafe) wasn't much to my liking - western food not very well translated. There are plenty of other options around

Hat ein eigenes Onsen. Ist nah zur Stadt. Man fühlt sich sicher. Praktisch ist auch, dass es einen 7eleven drunter gibt.

Excellent stay at Nitta and Babu! The service was outstanding—staff were friendly, helpful, and always attentive to guests' needs.

I was impressed by the hotel amenities, especially the high-quality, thick tissues provided in the room. The internet connection was also very fast and reliable, which made my stay even more convenient.

The location is another huge advantage. The train station is right beside the hotel, making it easy to get around. There are also plenty of restaurants and dining options nearby.

Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again!

Cons:

It could have been nice if they have big weighing scale justvl like in APA Kabuchiko tower.

Excellente Apa Hotel, Funciorarios sempre prontos para ajudar e solucionar dúvidas!!!

Acomodação aconchegante, local ótimo para descanso após tanto andar nos passeios, tem ofurô para os hóspedes, muito relaxante!!
Atendimento da recepção excellente, me orientaram e ajudaram muitos nas minhas dúvidas, desde a chegada e orientação para solicitação do táxi na partida!!!
