The cafe downstairs serves delicious breakfast burritos, and very good quality coffee. The room was spacious, the water pressure was fantastic, and the views from 14th floor were amazing. The pool deck and rooftop bar were spectacular with 360 views.
While enjoying the pool one night, some young kids brought a massive speaker and started playing their own club music which was loud and disruptive. Staff didn't seem to care to address the situation. Other than that, perfect stay.
Really great location, staff was super friendly. Went to the rooftop bar and the bartenders were great. Its a great location and the facility is nice and clean. I would absolutely stay again, and absolutely encourage a stay if you are needing to be close to the UA campus.
I dont have any complaints on this hotel. It was just a night, but it was a great. Met my expectations and was nice.
Just stayed 2 days with some family and it was our first time in the city and was welcomed with open arms!
From the front office to staff we were greeted with an immense amount of respect and appreciation. Kelsey was a great help. From our time on the rooftop which was amazing, and the restaurants/ eating areas with amazing service and staff. I had the absolute best drinks at the moonstone and a highlight to the exquisite coffee that we had, Our coffee was served by lala which was absolutely delicious!
To mention how insanely cool the check in cards were and the decor throughout the entire hotel, such a great spot. I’m very excited to see when we can come back to the city and stay again, such an amazing location and experience if you’re looking for a stay close to the University I most definitely recommend! Thank you so much Graduate.
I will never choose Best Western again, and I will strongly recommend that others avoid staying there.
I checked in and was charged for a stay from the 2nd through the 8th. I have a receipt clearly showing those dates. Later, management told me the employee who checked me in was untrained and had made a mistake by only scheduling me through the 7th.
Instead of honoring the receipt or correcting their employee’s mistake, management argued with me and forced me to pay extra. That is unacceptable. A guest should not be financially penalized because of the hotel’s internal training or scheduling failure.
This experience showed me poor customer service, poor accountability, and a lack of respect for a paying guest. I will not stay at Best Western again, and I would caution others to avoid them as well.
The Graduate is a fantastic hotel, the staff is very helpful and friendly, but for me, given that I go there to meet with the university, it's so nice to walk from there to my meetings. I also like that it's surrounded by great places to eat and hang out.
Just spent a week there and my wife was there for three weeks. and I never went in the pool in 90+ degree weather because it was so disgusting. The pool itself was dirty every day and the pool deck had items left behind all over the place and nobody came around to clean up. The towel bin overflowed onto the ground and the garbage was overfilled every day. Just a horrible experience.
Love the location
Need ice machine accessible to guests
This hotel is super cute and quirky. It’s in a great location. Easy to get anywhere. The service is off the charts. Trish held our bags for us and helped us with parking. Her kindness is genuine and abundant. John, our bartender on the rooftop was competent, hospitable, chatty (in a good way) and personable. Both made the experience amazing. I wish I had gotten the valet guys name but he was also exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel for its hospitality, location and comfort.
Great decor, clean and comfortable beds
Valet was slow and often no one was around, you ended up waiting. Text system didn’t really work
Proximity to restaurants and university
Road noise; loud music from cars and bars. Small pool. No info on gym or free bikes (?)
Location, pool, rooftop bar
Coffee shop, some staff not esp helpful. Price was excessive, but we needed the proximity.
The staff was great.
The air-conditioning went out during our stay.
