This was my worst hotel experience ever and i won't recommend to anyone.
Pros:

The location was good and staff were kind, there is literally nothing special or good about this place.

Cons:

There was not enough space for 2 person! 2 Person can't stand inside the room at the same time. I know the room was compact room but it's not suitable for 2 it should be suitable for 2 person if you are renting the room for 2! Beds were really, really uncomfortable, especially the pillows, there were plastic little balls inside the pillow, it was very disturbing. Unfortunately, I couldn't have enough sleep on my stay here. This was my worst hotel experience I've ever had.

ベットが高すぎる。　ﾍﾞｯﾄ壁に隙間が小さくエアコンやテレビリモコンを隙間に落とすとベットとその土台をずらすのが大変である。女性にはできない。

Would book again
Pros:

The location was amazing near 4 diffrent station it was a life saver turning the corner to the hotel after exiting the hotel. The lawman’s nearby was pretty affordable and they had family mart and 7/11 and another station nearby. It was the same one just different entrances they one that was a direct train from the airport a 10 mins walk away.

Cons:

Rooms really crowded and they didn’t have that comfortable of a bed but everything else was pretty nice and good including the fridge in the room

디즈니씨 가기에 매우 좋은 위치였어요. 핫초보리역에서 가까웠고요. 생각보다는 규모가 작았지만 아기자기했고 내부도 괜찮았습니다. 룸은 대다수가 그렇듯 좁긴해도 있을 건 다 있고요. 침구도 편했습니다.

Cons:

근거리에 편의점이 있기는 한데 모두 다 길을 건너야 했어요. 바로 가까이에 식당이 별로 없다는 것도 아쉬웠던 점이에요. 조식을 포함하지 않았기 때문에 편의점 이용이 많았는데 매번 길을 건너야 해서 번거롭긴 했습니다.

Great Location to explore Tokyo and visit Disney
Pros:

The hotel is nice and clean, and the staff is very helpful. We sent an email before our arrival to let them know we were expecting some luggage, and they gladly held it for us until check-in.
Towels were changed daily, and housekeeping service was provided every three days. Bottled water is available in the lobby for ¥50, which is cheaper than buying it from vending machines or convenience stores. While there are no vending machines in the hotel, there is a Lawson right on the corner.
The hotel is just a few steps from Hatchobori Station, only one stop from Tokyo Station, and on the same line that goes to Tokyo DisneySea and Tokyo Disneyland, making it very convenient if you plan to visit the Disney parks.
Breakfast is available for ¥1,500, although we did not try it. It was nice to know the option was there.
I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Tokyo. While it is not located in areas like Shibuya or Asakusa, it is very easy to reach those neighborhoods while enjoying a quieter and less crowded area.

İyi lokasyonda avaraj hizmet
Pros:

Merkeze bir durak , hemen yakınındaki metro hattı her şeyi kolaylaştırıyor. Standart , şaşırtmayan üç yıldızlı olabilecek bir şehir oteli. Tokyo da otel odaları küçük denince beklentileri düşük tuttuk ama gene de içeri girince bir sorguluyor insan. Çevresi sakin ve sessiz , gürültüden uzak.

Cons:

Herşeyi fayda değer ile ölçmek lazım bizim kaldığımız dönemde ( mayıs sonu) kahvaltısız iki kişi 120 dolar civarındaydı ve booking de 12 m2 lik bir oda versiyonu vardı deiuxe çift kişilik. Rezervasyonu yaparken gördüğünüz oda resmi ile verilen odaya bakınca aynı olmadığını gördük ve resepsiyona değişim talep ettik , resimlerde buda var demeye getirdiler ama en köşe ve biçimsiz bir kullanımı olan odaları bize vermişler( 2 odayıda ). 2 ve 3. gecelerde fotoğraflarda gözüken odaya neredeyse zorla geçebildik. Sanırım booking e iyi oda vermiyorlar. Resepsiyon la ingilizce anlaşmak zordu , bir İtalyan resepsiyonist anca yardımcı olunca ilerleyebildik. Diğer görevliler sanki hizmet sektöründe çalıştıklarını bilmiyor gibiydiler. Otelde oturup bekleyebileceğiniz bir salon veya oturma gurubunun da bulunmaması çok garip. Lobiyi kahvaltı salonu gibi kullandıkları için eğer kahvaltı almaduysanız bekleyebileceğiniz herhangi bir yer yok kapı dışına çıkmalısınız. Kahvaltı 1500 yendi fiyat makul gibi gözüksede avrupa damak zevkine uygun bir şey yok ve kartonda servis ediliyor. Yani bütçenize en uygunu burasıysa ve beklentiniz düşükse lokasyonu ve standartı sağlaması nedeniyle tercih edilebilir başka türlü değmez derdim.

部屋は最悪だった。
Pros:

スタッフがよかった。文句なし。

Cons:

部屋が狭くベッドが部屋の端から端まであって歩く余地がない。ベッドに弾力がありすぎて立ち上がれない。2人分の荷物を置いたら歩く場所はない。太った外人さんなら寝るスぺ－巣もないだろう。ベッドに腰かけてTVを見れば目の前30㎝のところのTVがある。
