The service and the room was impeccable.
Pros:

Good location, close to many cafes and activities. Nice pool, big breakfast area, walkable and can also use the golf cart - very convenient. Huge rooms, the best part. Huge beds, private pool and balcony. But the best part was the service, 10/10. Very accommodating in every way for every request.

הכל היה מצוין חדרים יפים גדולים ארוחת בוקר טובה בריכה חיצונית כיפית בר עם אחלה אוכל במחירים סבירים . הייתה לנו בריכה גם בחדר שהוסיפה אחלה נוחות .

Cons:

בהתחלה התבאסנו שזה רחוק מהמרכז , אחרי יום הבנו שגם ככה הכל במוניות ועדיף שקט .

ריזורט ענק ושופע טבע וירוק ממש מרגיש שאתם ביער גשם. הצוות אדיב,חייכן ומנסה לעשות הכל שתרגישו הכי טוב שאפשר. החדרי משפחה ענקיים ומהמפנקים שנתקלנו בתאילנד. המיקום הוא עקב אכילס של המקום כי הוא מרוחק מהמרכז (רבע שעה) ואין בסביבת המלון מה לעשות. (יש סבן אילבן 5 דקות הליכה מהמלון) אנחנו ידענו מראש היכן ממוקם והיינו עם רכב אז לנו זה לא הפריע אך למי שלא נייד צריך לקחת את זה בחשבון.
ארוחת הבוקר נחמדה + אך מכוונת לטעמם של התיירים האסיתיים.
לנו ארוחת הבוקר הספיקה אך היא לא מהטובות שאכלנו בתאילנד.
המלון ענק ברמה שצריך להתנייד בקלאב קאר/אופניים/קורקינטים חשמליים שהמלון מציע בחינם כמובן.
תמורה מעולה למחיר

Cons:

מחירי המסעדות/פול בר גבוהים יחסית לתאילנד ובפרט לפטאיה אבל זה טבעי כי הריזורט הוא חמישה כוכבים באמת ולא רק בתיאור ובתמונות.

Cons:

Toilet kept clogging up. The management said it was fixed only to happen again. They kept saying toilet paper can’t go in the commode which is very unusual or should be mentioned on their booking conditions atleast.

You can use Grab or Bolt in Pattaya, and it's very cheap.

The hotel, the room, the hotel staff, the service, everything is perfect. Everything is five star. Not less.

Pros:
