Staff help avoided a potetial disaster when I was unable to return at the end of a previous visit
Pros:

The breakfast was ample and good. Greast would have been uneconomic.
I had a heart attack on a previous visit and was unable to return. The staff repacked my luggage (which would have been a challenge) an stored it until I was able to return a month later.
Magnificent park land in walking distance, great place for a stroll

Pros:

Charging for parking is a little insane. Never in all my hotel stays have I seen that. Also I said no to being a part of the hotel reward program then I was signed up anyways. I don’t appreciate that.

Quiet, convenient, beautiful surroundings, very clean facilities
Pros:

Close to family members in the area. My sister flew out and had also had her own room there. She enjoyed the stay as well!

Location was perfect for what I wanted to do. Staff all very helpful.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, not great, but greatly appreciated Location was ideal for something else I wanted to do. I had a lot of baggage, some of which I was able to store between visits. That was a great help. Having the shops I wanted within walking distance was great.

House keeping service every other day so our room garbage cans were full- stayed for two nights; also now charging for parking fee- which should be free in states of Texas; front desk staff not very polite and customer friendly

So happy with my stay!
Pros:

It's located so close to really good restaurants and stores. It's super clean and the staff is awesome. My daughter lives less than a mile from here so I will absolutely be coming back to stay again!
