Pool was great and the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Our room smelled very mouldy even though we were upgraded to a better room. It may have been because there wasn't a lot of tourists staying at the hotel and it hadn't been ventilated. I recommend ensuring the rooms are all ventilated properly to ensure the mould smell doesn't happen in unoccupied rooms

Pros:

Beautiful entrance. We had a very spacious room which was clean and comfortable. Good shower and bed. The staff is friendly. Nearby is a busy street with shops and restaurants.

Pros:

Struttura nuova, accogliente e assolutamente ben fatta. Con piscina, palestra e tutto il necessario. Camere enormi con due letti matrimoniali. Bagno con “vista” sulla camera e con materiali di pregio.

Cons:

Più che della struttura, non mi è piaciuta la città ma nulla da dire sulla struttura

Beautiful property, comfortable rooms, great breakfast
Pros:

Friendly staff, nicely furnished public areas, and fast elevators. The free breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety of items. Location is quiet & only a short, easy car ride to Tuan Chau cruise port.

Amazing. Definitely recommend. Would go back again and again
Pros:

We loved this place!! Beautiful hotel. Extremely nice and well accommodating staff. They upgraded us to the 11th floor. We left our luggage for a night to go on a boat trip and stayed again after the trip and we got upgraded again! It was my birthday and we got a lovely made up room, birthday note and cake!

Cons:

Nothing it was awesome!
