Really enjoyed it but didn't sleep well.
Pros:

Great venue. Food great. Complimentary drink a great idea.

Cons:

Bedding was too stiff. It didn't wrap around you. My husband thought the pillow was too high

Overall the location was the best as we got some amazing city views as we walked around the river.
Pros:

Location was perfect. High tech controls in room are good

Cons:

Room space around bed is very limited for a king Studio room and can hardly walk between bed and TV. Felt very claustrophobic. Room Location was also at the end of a very long dark passage. Towels/facecloths were thin and worn out and not up to standard for a high end hotel. Mattress was no good either with no good back support, and felt like you were sinking into the mattress and as if u were on a blowup mattress that wasn't blown up properly or a water bed. Upon inspection of the mattress discovered that it was actually a foam mattress. Very disappointing
