Pros:

To avoid disappointment, expect nothing more than a room with a bed to sleep in.
Pros:

The hotel has nothing to recommend it.

Cons:

No welcoming bottle of water in the room.
No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
NO fridge.
No chair of any description to sit on or to relax in.
Bathroom mirror not fit for purpose. (unusable).
No bar, coffee shop or restaurant on site. Nothing available in the surrounding area. Next door Novotel restaurant opens only at 18:00 hrs.
No housekeeping staff on duty for room cleaning tasks.
Breakfast: When served at the next door Novotel is excellent. When served in Ibis itself it leaves a lot to be desired and is overpriced.
