The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is in a very good neighborhood, within walking distance of Tokyo Station and several subway lines. From here, you can reach almost any major sightseeing attraction within about 40 minutes, and quite a few places are also within a pleasant 30-minute walk.
There are several shopping malls nearby, with plenty of food-to-go options in all price ranges. Lawson and FamilyMart are conveniently located right next to the hotel. There is also a very convenient subway connection to Narita Airport.
The hotel itself is a typical three-star hotel. It seems to have everything you need, but it lacks comfort. There are smoking rooms in the hotel, so there is an old cigarette smell in the corridors. Our room had also clearly been a smoking room at some point. Although it had been thoroughly cleaned, the smell was still noticeable.
The breakfast looks plentiful at first glance, but the ingredients are rather inexpensive and the quality is disappointing. For example, the croissants did not seem fresh at all — they tasted more like they were several days old.
Overall, the hotel was reasonably clean and the staff were friendly. However, next time I will probably look for a different hotel.
