It's a clean, very functional charming hotel in Ginza, close to the shopping and a few metro lines. The bathroom was great and we could have stayed there forever.

The room was incredibly clean, with comfortable beds, and powerful air conditioning. The staff were all very polite and friendly, and went out of their way to help me during my stay, including giving me advice on what to see! Not too far from the main Tokyo Train Station and metro. Some tasty restaurants nearby. I would book again. I would advise booking a twin room for a bit more space as that’s what I done, and I had a good amount of room for all my suitcases.

The rooms are dirty, wallpapers are stained with coffee, walls are very thin so you can hear TVs in the other rooms. Bathroom was extremely dirty, specifically around the plug. Was just a let down for what you pay. Nicer hotel on the next road.
Very nice hotel, 10 min walk from any station. The staff was amazing, and the room was clean and had everything you needed. They keep your luggage before and after check-in/out—free umbrella to borrow on rainy days.
In all our stays in Japan we were able to slide our suitcases under the bed but not in this room. So it gets very crowded if you want to keep yours open all the time.
Das Hotel liegt zentral in Ginza, drum herum sind zahlreiche Restaurants, Konbinis und Cafés. Alles ist tiptop sauber und das Personal wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist super!
Eine Straße weiter ist eine 2*5-spurige Straße, in der viel Verkehr ist. Nachts donnern dort Motorräder oder irgendwelche getunten Autos mit Vollgas entlang (so hört es sich zumindest an). Die Fenster sind nicht so gut schallisoliert, man hört den Lärm im Zimmer. Mit Ohrstöpseln aber kein Problem.
Wenn man ein Bad nimmt und den Stöpsel zieht, ist der Wasserdruck so hoch, dass das Wasser das Bad flutet. Nur wenn man den Stöpsel halb löst und halb stecken lässt, fließt alles gut ab.
Próximo dos principais pontos em Ginza e ao lado de várias estações, o que facilita a locomoção para outros pontos da cidade. O quarto é pequeno, mas normal para Tóquio.
O staff foi bem atencioso (ganhamos até um brinde na chegada). Deixaram fazer o checkin mais cedo e, como mandamos as malas direto de outro hotel, quando chegamos elas já estavam no nosso quarto.
Sehr sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber sehr sauber und echt gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles war man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen! Zudem ist die Lage auch echt top!

Établissement était à proximité de tous les magasins, des stations de train et des restaurants. Facile de se déplacer à pieds.
Siamo stati solo una notte, lo staff è stato super gentile e accogliente. Le camere erano pulite e la posizione è ottima nel quadrante vicino alla stazione di Tokyo.
Le camere che avevamo sono molto piccole, per una notte è andata bene, su soggiorni più lunghi sarebbe stato più complesso.
