Good location & clean room.
Pros:

The location is very good. We can walk to the Ginza train station, and there are quite a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as convenience stores. It is only a 10-min taxi ride to the Tsukiji fish market. The room is a bit small, but that is quite common in Tokyo. The most important part is very clean and comfortable. The bedding and towels are fresh, and the water pressure in the shower is strong. Good for a short stay.

Pros:

Bathroom was very nice. Room was small compared to standard American accommodations, however it seemed to be in line with standard Japanese accommodations. Location was great - near public transportation and the area was vey safe.

La atención y el servicio. Todo está muy limpio, nuestra habitación doble era pequeña, como es habitual aquí en Japón, pero suficiente para ir solo a dormir. El desayuno muy bueno, sin tener una gran variación.
La ubicación perfecta, a unos 15 minutos andando de la estación de Tokio y cerca de estaciones de metro. El barrio de Ginza super tranquilo.

Pros:

Localização: uma das regiões mais badaladas de Tokyo; apesar da localização, não há ruído que se esperaria de uma região tão movimentada. Quarto espaçoso. Tem uma empresa de transporte ao lado do hotel (Ta-Q-Bin Yamato, a do “gato preto”) para o despacho de bagagem.
