満足でした。
Pros:

設備が新しい、きれい、洗面周りに黒カビがなく、清潔感があり、よかった。
チェックイン前の荷物預かりでのスタッフの対応が親切感があり、よかった。
朝食が無料なのにおいしかった。

Pros:

Nice room with everything you need. Room was quite big with fridge, hairdryer, toiletries, towels and slippers as well as pyjamas. We had a smoking room so we can smell the cigarettes, but for the one night it was not bad - they provided the air freshener. The staff on the breakfast was very nice, especially a lady who cooked - she was very sweet and welcoming.

Cons:

Breakfast was okay, but not so many options and also very small breakfast area for such a big hotel.
We came before check-in time to leave our luggage and the receptionist was not so nice - later on she was very nice so great improvement.

Schönes Hotel für den Normal-Urlauber in guter Lage.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war klein, aber so hatten wir es ja bestellt. Ansonsten sehr sauber, täglicher Wechsel der Handtücher und des Mülls. Die Klimaanlage war sehr hilfreich. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Kommt für einen späteren erneuten Besuch in Tokyo definitiv wieder in Frage 🙋🏻‍♂️

Nichts zu beanstanden.

Pros:

今までいろんな東横INNに泊まりましたが、ここが一番キレイです！新しいのかな？スタッフさんも親切でした。

Cons:

ホテル側は関係ないけど、他の部屋からいびきが聞こえて夜中に目が覚めてしまいました。

駅から近いがちょっと分かりにくい？でも近い、便利、親切
Pros:

・午前中にスーツケースを預けた際、ロビーでコーヒーを頂けた　また、同所で小一時間作業をさせて頂けた

Cons:

・JR大森駅からのGoogle Mapsでの行き方提示が何通りもあり、ちょっと困った(東横INNさんの責任ではまったくありませんし、7分位で着きますが)
・1,000円値上げしても朝食に青魚があると嬉しかった　経営的にどうするか難しい選択だと思いますが

After 3 very strict check in, we were very jet lagged and no consideration was allowed, had to wait for 6 hours before we could check in. One staff member was very unfriendly.
