Good hotel, great location, unsuitable room for our family
Pros:

Perfect location right outside the main station and very easy to navigate the city from there. Nice snacks and beverages in the morning free of charge.

Cons:

I had booked a room for 4 people ( 2 adults and 2 kids). The property contacted me advance to say that some guests find this room quite small and maybe I should book a different (more expensive) room. I asked if the room could accommodate our family and they confirmed so I kept it as is as we only use the room to sleep in, we don't need that much space. Unfortunately, the room was 2 single beds for 4 people, which simply does not work. We had to sleep sideways. Thankfully, we were all exhausted from the days' walk but this room should be advertised as capable of hosting a family of 4.

It was in a very good location close to everything. Such as the train, Shinkansen, shoppings and more. Staff were kind and room was clean.

Cons:

The air-conditioning was right in front of the bed so it was cold every time we turned it on and you couldn’t open the window because the wind was howling and was very loud. The carpet was clean but it had many stains on it.

ロビーは今時のフレンドリーな雰囲気。
シンプルで無駄がなく清潔。使いやすい。
駅から近くてわかりやすい。

Cons:

よくない訳ではないが、あったらよかったのが、ソファのところにサイドテーブルみたいな台があると更に便利。
タオル掛けもあると良い。1人とわかっていれば枕とパジャマは2人分いらないかも。タオルはあると助かる。
