Friendly helpful staff, great location. Clean apartment with good facilities.

The TV with WiFi connection. Kept dropping out and we needed it to watch live games for a national tournament being played we could get to.
Need more cups, plates and cutlery and range if cooking pots and pans etc. A group of 4 struggled with what was available and ended up eating out.

Very comfortable and in a very convenient loc

Overall pleasant stay however the cleanliness can definitely be improved.
Pros:

Comfortable clean sheets, washing machine and dryer useful, good location, easy walking to food and groceries

Cons:

Bathroom not washed properly, floors not cleaned properly, missing window blinds in living area which did not offer any privacy at night, kitchen crockery not washed clean, no hand soap or dishwashing liquid.

Not the worst but certainly not the best at the price.
Pros:

Convenient location and had most things we needed

Cons:

Not the most comfortable bed, lots of noise just rolling over and the pillows were totally flat. No spare anything in the cupboard. 2 small rails in the bathroom for 4 peoples towels, no hooks, bathmat was soaked due to layout of space and massive gaps under all doors meant your could hear everything in every room all the time. Literally no space between closing the door of the bedroom and the end of the bed, better off with smaller beds since they refuse to cater for twin set up yet have twin beds…

Convenient
Pros:

Having a kitchen was helpful. Location was great with the train line and shopping complex in walking distance. Having a secure car space was great.

Cons:

We drove past the accommodation initially as we were looking for the word Domi, but it was very small so not visible from a car driving by.
Our room backed on to the Refuse room - we could hear the door opening closing from our bedroom which disrupted some sleep - and made me wonder if our apartment door was being opened.
One bedroom light needs replacing (Room 310).
