Fine for a one night stopover.
Pros:

It was a beautifully clean however small room that gave all that was needed for a night. Great for us because it was a stopover on a long journey but not a room for spending any length of time in. For an evening meal there was a pub at the end of the road that provided a good dinner as long as you liked pies. The biggest selection of pies ever seen.
Instructions how to access the room were very clear.

Cons:

The room is very small. A good breakfast is available in the cafe below the accommodation but you have to go outside to access it although it isn't far.

Ottima posizione, in un villaggio carino a poca distanza da York e comodo per raggiungere altre attrazioni della zona. Stanza molto accogliente e pulizia impeccabile. Olga è stata molto gentile e disponibile.

Perfectly located for our needs. Facilities and local amenities were ideal for our needs.
Pros:

Quite a busy village, plenty of people around. Breakfast at the Brew & Brunch downstairs was excellent and good value. We had our evening meal at the Cross Keys pub about 50m away. The food was great and the atmosphere was good too. Our rooms were quite a surprise, exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and dressed. The bathroom was modern and clean

Cons:

The only thing of note was the squeaky floors all over. I suspect the chipboard flooring has been nailed / screwed but the joints weren't glued. A minor comment.

Pros:

Zeer schone kamer, alles wat je hoopt dat er is, is er ook., Inchecken zonder eigenaar te ontmoeten, maar via app en telefonisch heel goed bereikbaar.

Cons:

De houten vloer zorgt ervoor dat het wat gehorig is, afhankelijk ook van de gasten in de andere kamer en van jezelf natuurlijk.

16b was easy to find and had easy free parking in front of the property. The communcation with the owner was excellent.
Pros:

Great location near York. Convenient bus stop just outside property. Clean and pretty accommodation. Calm environment. Coffee shop under room.

City break to York
Pros:

Olga was a fantastic host and very helpful, she even arranged an earlier check-in. The location was fantastic, so easy to travel in and out of York city centre. Room was great!
