Comfortable hotel to stay while visiting family or exploring a different area of Germany
Pros:

We appreciated the assistance for check-in, We received the check-in code and name of room in advance, and check-in was very easy. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our requests. There is a very nice breakfast room that serves a delicious selection of foods. We enjoyed several excellent meals in the restaurant next door.

Cons:

We were very comfortable in our room It would have been nice to have a kettle to heat water for coffee or tea,
