Nice hotel with big rooms in a good location
Pros:

Nice hotel with a room that was very big compared to many Japanese hotels. The onsen in the basement was very nice too

The fact that the sauna/bath were gender separated on different days

Excelente hotel con encantador Bath
Pros:

Excelente hotel, con buenos servicios, habitación muy cómoda y personal muy amable.
El Bath fue encantador, muy lujoso y confortable.
El desayuno realmente exquisito y muy completo.
Tienen un servicio para guardar maletas muy seguro y eficiente.
Lo recomiendo 100%

La taille de la chambre famille, les équipements de la chambre famille

Cons:

Le Check in a 17h, (trop tard, tout le monde arrive en même temps, le personnel est débordé)
Le manque de choix au petit déjeuner : choix entre 5 plats différents, sur une semaine on a vite fait le tour, et un seul plat par personne.
La propreté laisse à désirer : ménage fait un jour sur deux : pas au standing d’un 4 étoile

Pros:

The location was in a very good area close to the metro line and walkable distance to atractions. Far from the crowds. Check out was at 2pm. The onsen facility is very good. Price was reasonable when I booked.

Cons:

The room has few places to accomodate your bellongins if you are staying longer than 3 nights. The room was dusty and felt like the air conditioner was moldy - I had a respiratory allergy througout my stay there. The sink sits outside the bathroom in an odd location. Laundry has very few machines for the size of the hotel.
