Die Lage.

Cons:

Überhaupt kein Personal. Schlüssel in einem Restaurant abholen. Niemand da, um den Schlüssel abzugeben.

Schönes, ansprechendes Zimmer. Verglaste Duschwand und guter Dusche mit schnell warm werdenden Wassers. Aufzug vorhanden. Innenstadt liegend.

Cons:

Leider funktionierte der Zimmercode nicht, somit ich die ersten 30 Minuten damit beschäftigt war, Rücksprache zu halten (wahr wohl bereits schon öfters aufgetreten)

ebenso funktionierte das W-lan nur bedingt, immer wieder fiel es aus und war einige Sekunden nicht erreichbar. Auch das Einloggen ins W-lan war problematischer als zunächst angenommen.

Gegenüber liegt eine Gaststätte, da kann es Abends bis Nachts etwas lauter werden.

Die zentrale Lage ist super.

Cons:

Es gab überhaupt kein Personal und die per Mail zugestellte Nummer funktionierte nicht, so dass es nicht möglich war, das Hotel problemlos zu betreten.Die ungewöhnlich dunkle Bettwäsche war zerknittert und wir hofften, dass nicht schon ein anderer Hotelgäste darin geschlafen hatte.Auch zum Auschecken fand sich niemand ein, so dass es ein Rätsel blieb, was wir mit dem Schlüssel machen und wie wir die Rechnung bezahlen sollten.Obwohl wir mehrfach eine angegebene Telefonnummer wählten, war auch so niemand zu erreichen.Die ganzen Umstände kosteten uns Zeit und vor allem Nerven.

Die Lage war optimal

Cons:

Wir sind uns vorgekommen,wie in einem Geisterhaus.Wir haben 3 Tage weder Personal noch sonst irgendjemanden gesehen.Schließanlage schlecht funktioniert.
Obwohl noch eine Benachrichtigung kam-gutes Früstück-per Zettel an Haustür-das Frühstück fällt aus.
Keinerlei Zimmerservice.
Wir waren enttäuscht!

Super Lage und mit etwas Glück hat man den Parkplatz direkt am Haus.

Gardinen waren verschlissen, hatten Löcher und die Bettwäsche roch stark muffig und modrig, Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren knittrig, Bettbezüge waren am Fussende nicht verschlossen. Haben wir gemacht. Konnten sie aber wg. Des Geruchs nicht wirklich nutzen und haben uns mit sen Handtüchern zugedeckt.

PIN Code funktionierte nicht, weder am Aufzug noch am Zimmer. Völlig verschmutztes Zimmer und Badezimmer. Unzumutbare, abgenutzte Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Badezimmer nicht gewischt und verdreckte Toilette. Das Bettgestell mit Umrandung aus Kunstleder komplett zerschlissen und rieselte auf den Bereich des Kopfes. Zerrissene Gardinen und der Fernseher hatte nur 2 Programme. Das Personal der Rezeption hatte auf alles eine Ausrede.
