Добър хотел, но предварителната заявка е по висока от реалността. Персоналът е много добре езиково подготвен.

Cons:

Пътувах по работа и достъпа до интернет беше от голямо значение за мен. Имаше ограничение според броя на устройствата, което ме възпрепятстваше. Хотелът има и закрит паркинг, достъп до него имаше само в един от дните, въпреки,че на открития паркинг течеше ремонт, което възпрепятстваше маневрите на автомобилите. Спиране на тока, което не ни позволи да си заредим телефоните преди тръгване на път. Разбира се, вероятно е авария.

При пристигането ни в хотела от рецепция разбрахме,че резервацията ни, направена преди месец е анулирана поради липса на стаи и някакъв проблем в хотела, без да бъдем уведомени със съобщение или обаждане от хотела. Тази ситуация ни постави пред свършен факт и ни принуди да търсим на място хотел за престоя си, което бе свързано с известни затруднения. Отсядали сме в този хотел 8 пъти, но явно вече ще го включим в ненадеждните места за отсядане.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Plaza Hotel sehr zufrieden.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das hoteleigene Restaurant, in dem wir ausgezeichnet speisen konnten. Die Qualität der Speisen hat uns überzeugt und zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt beigetragen.

Da wir am nächsten Morgen sehr früh abreisen mussten, wurde uns freundlicherweise ein Frühstück zum Mitnehmen vorbereitet. Dieser Service war für uns besonders hilfreich und sehr aufmerksam.

Auch das Servicepersonal war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und äußerst zuvorkommend. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis empfanden wir als angemessen und insgesamt absolut in Ordnung.

Unser einziger Kritikpunkt betrifft die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. Die Wände sind leider recht dünn, sodass Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern deutlich wahrnehmbar waren.

Trotz dieses kleinen Nachteils hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden das Plaza Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

Un weekend in Edirne
Pros:

Personal foarte amabil ,cu atenție deosebită pentru client.Hotelul foarte frumos și modern ,cu detalii structurale deosebite și accesorii moderne.Curatenie și liniște,paturile foarte confortabile,mobilier calitativ și detalii moderne.Parcarea este un mare plus ,imposibil sa nu găsești un loc de parcare . Recomand restaurantul propriu unde au o servire ireproșabilă.Cu siguranță revin !
