Hotel bel localizado, perto da estação de Quioto, quartos luxuosos e que comportou minha família bem.
Pros:

Hotel próximo a estação, quarto confortável, peguei o com sofá cama e acomodou minha família bem, o quarto em sí é im pouco apertado. Café da manhã farto.

Cons:

Quarto um pouco apertado, mas normal para o padrão japonês.

Perfect brief resting spot for our family adventure.
Pros:

The hotel was centrally located and near bus stops and short walk to Kyoto station that took us to where we needed to go (Arashiyama, Nijo castle, shopping). The beds were super comfy and my whole family loved our stay. Thank you!

Amazing !
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at Mercure Kyoto Station. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always happy to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless, with everything we needed. The hotel’s location was perfect, making it easy to explore Kyoto and get around the city. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto!

ベッドが心地よく、清潔感があって寛ぐことができました。外国人のスタッフさんが日本語が堪能で驚きました。サービスも丁寧で好感が持てました。また、朝食も美味しかったです。

Cons:

Wi-Fiの接続方法が面倒でした。歯ブラシが木で出来ていて私の小さな口には大きすぎた。アメニティや水はありません。窓の目の前が隣のマンションのドアだったので、カーテンは閉めたままに。一泊でしたので、許容範囲でした。

Good hotel in a good location.
Pros:

The staff were super helpful. I had an issue with my booking for the next hotel and they went out of their way to resolve it. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location was very convenient for the local circular hop on bus. We could access all the places we wanted to visit easily.

Cons:

Nothing not to like. Everything was super comfortable and special.

Perfect hotel and fantastic location 10/10
Pros:

Everything. Rooms were beautiful, staff were great , 10 min walk to main station, lots of places to eat including at the hotel .
Held our luggage at both check in and for a few hours after we checked out !

Cons:

Nothing I couldn’t fault the property excellent stay we will be back

Comfortable, but check in first about the window view!
Pros:

Breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant is nice and feels modern but cozy.

Cons:

I ended up with a room on the side of the building that is adjacent to another residence building. So, the curtains needed to be drawn closed the entire time. It was a bit uncomfortable to not have natural lighting. I would be sure not to have those rooms if staying here again.
