The manager was so disrespectful towards as I’ve stay at this like 7 or 8 times and i liked this place travel from get to a guy never seen before trying to make things so difficult for all because i asked if give him my email which shows my details how times I have stayed told me and my partner to get out that his cancelling my book I told I do it on booking.com if I do that I would lose my money went to tell he doesn’t care don’t if was I’m black I don’t know it very bad experience for me

Noisey next to the gym and peoole smoking weed outsode front windows of room hence changed rooms .. shame no parking closer

absolutely everything, loved the aesthetic, stayed for the night, decent payment in a way, me and my boyfriend agreed if we ever came back to brighton we would definitely book here, comfy and definitely better than the hotel we originally booked from.
everything was perfect.
The apartments are very well situated in Brighton city centre but really quiet with no road noise. There is everything you need in the apartment and it feels really secure. You are very close to M&S foodhall. Beds are very comfortable. Lovely view from our room and private balcony. Staff super friendly and welcoming- Wished I had booked for longer. Will book again when we are next in the city.
Bin man comes very early but we were up so it didn’t bother us.

Automatic light in the bathroom - not great in the middle of the night! I am not alone in mentioning this so these are being changed.

I originally booked the studio but when I saw it, it was on the first floor with a large window to the street so I felt unsafe. I asked for another room on a higher floor and was offered one for additional cost. It was a very spacious, clean room with a very small patio and comfortable bed and updated bathroom. Extra points for the powerful blow dryer!
As I said above, I didn't like the original studio that didn't feel safe. It would be better if the ground floor location of those rooms was plainly communicated in the description before booking.
