Qualidade geral boa. Pequeno almoço agradável. Boa localização.

Cons:

Barulho da sanita dos quartos vizinhos a descarregar. Ouve-se os dejetos a bater nas tubagens.
Todas as almofadas eram de penas, só conseguimos almofadas sem penas na 2a noite. Uma noite tivemos de dormir sem almofadas.

Cobraram duas vezes. Depois de pagar a entrada os dois quartos, avisando que o cartão de reserva era outro, voltaram a cobrar um quarto com o cartão usado para reservar 😔,sem avisar, sem pedir desculpa. Depois restituiram o valor no cartão usado para pagar no hotel, sem avisar, sem qualquer contacto, causando confusão. Mau. Má gestão. Faltou o pedido de desculpas e o aviso por escrito

Pros:

Hilton is always a pleasure to stay at. The room was clean, neat and spacipus. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, close to the old town, plenty of bars, good restaurants and artisanal stores. We did the beer tasting and tour was really fun as well. Beautiful beach when the weather is good.

10/10 on everything, great attention to deatil in every aspect, best hotel stay ever, really felt like we were treated like royalty haha!
