I stayed here for four nights and overall it was okay, but next time I would choose a different hotel.
Positive:
- the staff is very polite and helpful, especially Masha who checked me in and immediately made me feel welcome. They always checked if eveything was fine and the manager, David, even contacted me a few days before arrival to ask if they should assist with anything
- the location is perfect, old town is reachable by foot and metro 10-15min away
- price is really good (paid 200€ for 4 nights incl breakfast)
- the room was clean and looks like in the pictures
- nice products for showering and also toothbrush available
- free water bottles which also got replaced by housekeeping when empty
Negative:
- Although the staff was really nice, I felt a bit pressured to write a review on booking.com as I was asked three times, also the night before check out and that they would be happy to see it already when I leave
- The breakfast wasn‘t my taste (but this is really a matter of taste) and the atmosphere quite cold in breakfast room
- the hotel has a nice terrasse overlooking the city but it wasn‘t in use. You could go up there but bar is empty and no one is there, that‘s a bit of a waste
- when I arrived there was a bad smell in the bathroom, luckily it disappeared when I showered
- the bathroom is quite large but no space to put your products, I had to put everything on the floor
- the cleaning during my stay was disappointing. For example, I used a glass to drink. When I came back to my room, the same glass was back on the tray, not washed - just noticed this because it was sticky from the juice.
- bed is very soft (again that‘s a matter of taste)
- window in my room was broken and it was just fixed with tape
The heart of the hotel really is the staff but for me that does not make up the negative parts. It was a stay which was okay but next time I would choose a different hotel to make the stay perfect.
Perfect place to stay on a weekend break in Tbilisi. Clean, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfasts and reception staff couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and welcoming.
Rooms were warm and cozy but the bed was not double... There were 2 singles together collided. Breakfast was just adequate scrambled eggs 🍳, rice,2-3 kind of cheese and some cold cuts. No espresso... Croissant very limited. Location was superb and that's the reason we chose that hotel. Close to everything on foot. Very clean and the staff really helpful! But the walls were so thin we could hear everything from the room next to us and above us!!!! For less than 45€ is a solid option
This is one of the best hotels in Tbilisi: amazing staff, great breakfast with different options, nice terrace upstairs, close to everything and very comfortable beds. The staff members are very helpful. We parked our car for free at the small parking lot that is designated for the guests only. I would recommend this hotel for a long or short stay in Tbilisi.
The staff was very friendly and caring, they helped me with everything. At the same time, the hotel had an amazing location, with a very clean and cozy room.
Breakfast menu was fresh! Room was clean, staff was super! Location - Ideal! Absolutely recommended to everyone.
The triple room I stayed in was just a double room with a sofa bed somehow squeezed in with barely any space to move about or put luggage. The room was old and tired looking. Nothing like the photos. The staff (David and Luca and team) are extremely friendly and cooperative and breakfast is nice. But of course the staff can't do anything about the cramped rooms and poor interiors. Because of room size and condition would not recommend this place to other travelers.
On the second day of my stay, I found out 100 Euro are missing from my room. The reception was immediately informed, they made some phone calls and asked me to wait for the next day to meet the manager. Suddenly, he had a day off and I was again asked to wait for 1 more day, and not to report it to the police. I managed to meet someone, claiming to be the manager and the owner, he was arrogant, not cooperative, unbelievable attitude, which is far, far away from acceptable. I left the hotel, 4 days before the end of the reservation, strongly disappointed by the attitude I got. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Shame on the hotel and the management.
The hotel advertises a “triple room,” but in reality it’s just a double room with an extra sofa bed. When the sofa bed is unfolded, it’s impossible to open the wardrobes, making the room impractical. At almost €100 per night, this feels overpriced, especially since many other hotels in the area offer better rooms at a lower price when it comes to double rooms with an extra bed. The room was dark and basic, and the bathroom had an unpleasant sewage smell. I contacted the hotel by email but never received a reply. On the other side, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was fine. For that reason, I gave two stars instead of one. However, I would not recommend booking the “triple room,” as it is misleading.
Overall my stay was great. Many dining options with good coffee. Front desk was always available and they answer all our questions. Recommended!
Staying here was an absolute treat! The hotel's proximity to all the main attractions made sightseeing so easy. The rooms were exceptionally cozy and spotless, and the breakfast was something to look forward to every morning. The terrace view was perfect for evening relaxation, and the staff was always friendly and willing to assist with anything we needed.
A peaceful gem in the city center. Rooms were spotless, beds incredibly comfy. Breakfast was a feast—so many options, including local dishes. Sipping black coffee on the terrace, overlooking the city, was unforgettable. Staff were warm, helpful, and truly made us feel welcome.
Perfect location! I could walk to all the best places in central Tbilisi—cafés, museums, and the old streets. It saved me so much time and made the trip feel easy and fun.
The staff was friendly and helpful
This hotel made my trip so much easier. It’s right in the center, so I could walk almost everywhere. My room felt fresh and the bed was soft, not too hard like in some places. Breakfast surprised me — many choices, and the coffee was strong and tasty. I looked forward to it each morning.
I still think about the breakfast—so simple, yet perfect. A flaky croissant, some fresh fruit, and a cup of bold black coffee, enjoyed from a terrace that overlooks the whole city. The morning light, the quiet view... it just felt peaceful. Add to that a comfortable room and staff who remembered my name by day two—it's the kind of place you want to return to.
From the friendly staff to the spotless rooms, everything here exceeded expectations. Super central location, walking distance to Old Tbilisi. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast each morning was the highlight—absolutely delicious and beautifully served. Enjoyed the terrace and that strong, great black coffee. A perfect 10/10 stay.
room was very clean and tidy, breakfast was delicious, vegan food was also provided after our request. terrace has a beautiful view.
Incredible experience! The hotel is perfectly located—I walked everywhere, from museums to markets. Breakfast was such a joy, especially sipping black coffee on the terrace with the whole city in view. The staff were angels ;) I needed to print boarding passes late at night, and they didn’t hesitate. Room was cozy, clean, and so quiet. Felt like home, just with a better view and no chores.
Breakfast was a proper treat. My room was super cozy, clean, and quiet. Staff were kind without being overbearing. Location made everything walkable. Zero complaints — I'd absolutely stay again.
