Clean and conveniently located, if you don't mind a hard mattress.
Pros:

The location was convenient. You will never go hungry and bored. As soon as you get down, everything is just walking distance from here.

Cons:

The bed!!! It was so hard! We stayed for six nights, and it took a toll on my back. By the third night, my back was aching.

One more thing, we booked a bus from Kawagoe to Narita, and it said we needed a printout. We asked the front desk if they could print it for us, but they said they couldn’t. They mentioned that if we booked through them, they could print it, which was disappointing. Then I remembered we could print it at the nearby 7-Eleven, so that’s exactly what we did.

ビジホなのに綺麗で広くていいが説明不足で困惑

綺麗で広くて良かった！（天井の埃少しあり）急な連泊対応もとりあえず空きがあるとの事で…

Cons:

急な連泊になり、フロントの女性に空きはあるのは確認して頂いたのですが…アプリから？最初から取り直し？どうゆー事？何だか良く分からずアプリもなんせ初めてなのに…丁寧に教えて頂きたかった。料金もお得なのか？全部で幾らなのか？分からず…何だかモヤモヤして予約をまた一泊とりました。初めてのところでエレベーターの扱いが分からず最初に説明もなく…良く良く見たらエレベーター内に張り紙が。初めての人はそれは分からないですね。（他の方も同じ事思ったみたいでフロントの方に聞いていた）キーを渡したら説明位あっても良いかな？と。アメニティー、歯ブラシ、綿棒？ヘアーブラシ？位は流石に合って良かった。（エレベーター前に設置）他は…勝手にある物だと思いなんせ余計な荷物を持ちたくなく軽装で行ったこちらも悪いですが、一泊分（女性用化粧水、メイククレンジングとか）あると良かった。フロントに売っている事すら…分かり辛くて。ウロウロ徘徊してやっと売ってる事を知った。何せ圏外から来たのでお店すら分からず…もっと分かりやすく書いて頂ければと思います。宿泊者はキーを見せると近辺の飲食割引？も分かり辛く飲食して戻る時分かってそれすら知らされていなかった事が残念でした。

Pros:

ユニットバスでしたが、浴槽が広くてきれいだったので洗いやすかったです！

Cons:

ホテルを出たり入ったりしたときに、私には挨拶しなかったのに後ろの人には挨拶したりと見た目で判断されたのかな？と思うところが少しあった

Pros:

Excellent breakfast, decent size room (for Tokyo), right next to Kawagoe train station. I stayed there work related, but if you plan to explore Tokyo, it's quite a long train ride.
