Good, clean apartment with good beds close to subway but rather small in size.
Pros:

Good location, close to the subway. Quiet environment and still close to restaurants. Clean apartment with good badroom. Good airco. Beds were good. Good kitchen facilities although it was all a bit small.

Cons:

The room is very very small for 4 adult people. the table is also very small for 4 people which makes the room difficult to walk in. The bathroom is good but we had trouble getting hot water. The instruction how to do it was not given and we had to translate it from the controler in Japanese. There is no staff on site so we did not see a single person but check-in went well via a tablet.

Not worth it
Cons:

Checkin process is complicated,even after filling all the information beforehand at least a week before you are required to do it again at the checkin Tab .The owner didn’t cooperated for early checkin whereas most of the other similar properties in Japan did allow that and for checkout the cleaners knocked the door sharp at 10:00 AM

Clean, convenient and great location.
Pros:

Location was perfect, room was clean, easy check in & check out, communication with host was good.

Cons:

Room felt a bit small for a family of 4.
Would be great if they could offer luggage forwarding although there is a 7 Eleven one block away that does.
