Intentaron cobrarme en el momento del check out un 5% extra que decían que había sido impuesto por el gobierno en esos días más allá de que yo había abonado el total ya había pactado con booking el día anterior y no me dejaban salir del hotel y no me entregaban la factura correspondiente

The manager ,Tamesgen was extremely helpful in assisting us with getting a gym to use while we stayed at Best Western as the gym at BW wasn't up to our standard. He said that he doesn't want to lose us as clients , which i think is a very good trait to have as a manager.
He was very helpful and friendly.

if it wasn't for him , we would have cancelled our stay at the BW

The distance from the hotel to the airport was very close. The food in the hotel was good and the staff were very friendly.

The location is excellent and very close to the airport, making it convenient for travelers. The view from the hotel is beautiful and is one of its strongest features.

Unfortunately, my overall experience was very disappointing.

I booked a specific room, but upon arrival I was assigned a completely different room with a terrible odor. When I requested a room change, I was told it would take about 10 minutes. Instead, I waited nearly two hours. Even after the change, I still did not receive the room type I had reserved, as the staff claimed that no other rooms were available.
The breakfast was one of the worst I have experienced. There were very limited food choices, and the quality and taste of the food were extremely poor. Even more concerning was the cleanliness of the restaurant. I saw cockroaches crawling near the food and informed the staff, but their only response was, “Sorry,” without taking any visible action. I also ordered an omelet, but the frying pan used to prepare it was dirty and disgusting. Although breakfast was included in my reservation, I never returned to the restaurant after that experience and had to eat breakfast elsewhere for the rest of my stay.
The room itself had several issues. The towels had an unpleasant smell, and the bathroom exhaust fan was very noisy. My room was located next to the housekeeping service room, where staff repeatedly opened and slammed doors, talked loudly, and created unnecessary noise throughout the day, with little consideration for guests.
There was also a nightclub or entertainment venue near the restaurant that played loud music until late at night. The hotel’s sound insulation is extremely poor, making it almost impossible to sleep until the music finally stopped.
